Fantastic decor, location, employees were friendly and helpful. The room was awesome - really classy.

We got woken up by the adjoining room (who we didn’t know) because there is very little to no sound proofing between adjoining rooms. I know this would be useful when families are joint but we didn’t know these neighbours and it was like we were in the same room! There were even visual gaps in the doors. I’d recommend some sound proofing or not putting people into these joint rooms.

Found it strange that service charge of 12.5% was added to everything from being poured a glass of wine at bar to visiting a buffet self serving restaurant for breakfast!

Room was clean, modern and had good space. The internet was fast and easy, and the lobby/bar area was perfect. You are right in the midst of it in Shoreditch and close to both Old street Station and Liverpool Street station.

all the doors are locked after midnight, so a little annoying you have to wait for someone to let you in the hotel if you arrive back after that time. Also, one of the shower heads was always dripping cold water, which was a little annoying

The property was a well appointed boutique-like hotel. The rooms were small, but very clean and had all the amenities needed for a successful stay. The staff were exceptionally friendly, caring, and attentive. Simon helped us with transportation details and ticket purchases in London. Carolina was warm and helpful as well. It felt as though we were leaving friends upon departure

The bathrooms could use fans to better circulate the air when showering. It would be nice if the hotel offered a reasonably priced continental breakfast

The location was great. An easy walk around Shoreditch and a short walk to the underground if you want to explore other places. I loved the interior of the room and the refillable carafe with filter water came in handy. The staff was friendly and helpful and the interior of the hotel was beautiful. I was able to spend time in the lobby getting work done and even though it was on a busy street, you did't hear it from anywhere in the hotel.

The bedroom was a little cramp as there was a lot of furniture in the room. I could have done without the extra chair to make more space for my personal items such as my suitcase.

The rooms and hotel were really clean, and the decor was finished to a high standard throughout. The bed was super comfy and we liked the free access to filtered water.

We had service issues with our TV. couldn't get a good reception and the HDMI connection was faulty, so we could attach our own devices. Also, there's a bit of a light show when you turn the lights out. The smoke alarm flashes green every 10 seconds, and the air con and door sign were always lit. We had breakfast once, but it was very disappointing for the price. Little selection, with no hot food options, and I think some table service for the type of hotel and cost associated would have made it worth it.

The hotel had perfect location in a very cool area of London in close proximity to the city centre and public transport. Area is full of cool restaurants and cafes. The hotel itself is very cozy and modern. Big plus was a very well equipped and modern gym. Room was very spacious and beautifully decorated. Breakfast had a good selection.

It was impossible to find stares and sometimes elevator took very long to come. It happened that I was stuck for 10 minutes with other guests waiting for an elevator just for few of us to be able to fit in and the rest had to wait again. So maybe something to consider improving, cause in case of fire you're stuck.

A lot to like. The design and ambiance is superb. Whomever did the lighting and music deserves an award. The 24 hr gym was in the basement but was terrifically appointed and beautifully designed. Extra points for the clock in the gym with a sweeping seconds hand. It's these types of small details that they do very well at the hotel. Again, the lighting and wall texture (wall paper covered with wire facade) were very appealing. Loved the eco friendly water spout available at every floor by the elevator for you to fill up the canteen in your room, or your own container. Bathroom mirror has a built in defogger so that it remains clear during shower. Beds were medium firmness, and even with my bad lower lumbars, they were perfectly fine for 3 nights. The shower has industrial grade water pressure coming out of the handheld unit and the option for a rainfall shower head is a nice touch too. I'm talking NYC fire hydrant level water pressure that will make you step back! Convenient and comfy little bar in the lobby area. Walking distance to some very well rated and delicious restaurants. Oh, and the room has a Marshall Bluetooth speaker that is not cheap and played music with very respectable wattage and bass. Small lounge chair in corner is close to bed, but a nice option to relax in. Also very nice to have a work/makeup table with a stool facing the window. There were 2 drawers other than the closet. Wood floors is also a plus for me.

Gym can be overcrowded if there's more than 5 people, although there is a very good range of equipment (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, 1 peloton bike, 1 arm cycle, 2 adjustable benches, a universal single width cable machine, free weights up to 22kg I think, and soft medicine balls). My room (427) was a corner room, and although it had a windowed corner, it was on the smallish side - about 20sq.m. on estimate. Also there is limited closet space for clothes and no hanger hook by the door for a wet jacket or coat. The shower also leaked into the bathroom but one call and it was resealed while I was out and fixed completely for my stay.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with thoughtful gestures like sweets and drinks. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help, which made us feel at home right away. The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning and well-thought-out decor. I loved the elegant touches of pink and gold throughout, as well as the marble bathroom, which added such a sophisticated feel. The overall aesthetic of the hotel is absolutely beautiful, and it creates such a relaxing and upscale atmosphere. On top of that, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our experience even more special. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a memorable stay. A special thank you to Poppie, who went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Your kindness and care truly made our experience unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely return on our next visit to London!

Friendly welcoming staff at reception and the bar. Bar food service - both its availability and quality of the food (delicious). Good location with adjacent bus routes. Short walk to Liverpool Street or Old Street stations. Room nicely laid out with thought gone into providing sufficient electrical sockets. Immaculately clean with interesting, slightly quirky decor.

Breakfast: no explanation of how breakfast worked eg ordering coffee; serious over-salting of scrambled eggs and mushrooms (customers can always add!); no smoked salmon, just ham options. DJ in bar on the Friday night making conversation harder, but I appreciate some people will love that!
