Lovely little hotel. Well kept and great breakfast options. Super friendly staff. One little niggle we missed during the booking process was that the hotel is actually divided into 2 smallish on different places on the street. We had 2 rooms ans got one room in each building. No big deal though.

Saturday night, 2 people in the bar, a few guests eating outside and a few guests eating inside. All good and well. Then we have the DJ. Blasting 140 decibel. Scaring people away. We couldn’t even hear what we said and sought dinner elsewhere. Not everything is a disco.

This is a lovely little hotel right in the heart of Covent Garden. In many ways you wouldn't know it is there at all. The staff were so very friendly and welcoming, and the room was super clean and very comfortable. I didn't eat at the hotel in the evening but the food at lunchtime was great. Definitely recommended as a base for roaming Central London. Please note this is not a hotel to visit if having a car nearby is important. Henrietta Street is pedestrianised for most of the day and there is no nearby on street parking. The best place to park nearby is Q-Park Chinatown, which is a 10 minute walk away. Leave the car at home!

This was the second time we stayed here, because we liked it so much the first time. This time we were given a large very comfortable room facing the street and we were amazed how quiet it was. Staff again were very friendly and helpful and we enjoyed the varied continental breakfast in the relaxed restaurant. We hope to be back again.

The bathroom could do with being upgraded. It was very large and the bath with the overhead shower was slippery and quite difficult to get into. We would have preferred a walk-in shower, which there would have been space for.

We stayed for four nights in a deluxe double room at the rear of the property. Our room was immaculately clean, super comfortable and extremely quiet. It was large and well equipped with a sofa and minibar, comfy chairs, a coffee table, desk, and a huge bed with luxurious linen. We had a lovely big bathroom, robes and slippers, a great shower, and there was plenty of natural light. The restaurant downstairs, Henri, was stylish and had a great little bar. We loved that the hotel had an elevator as we had heavy suitcases. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the location on Henrietta Street was outrageously convenient for dining out and sightseeing. The Henrietta Experimental is a boutique hotel that has been styled and equipped with guest comfort and satisfaction at the heart of its design. We absolutely loved our stay and would loved to have stayed longer so that I could enjoy everything it has to offer. I would choose this hotel again.

We loved everything about our stay! Location was unbeatable for us and what we wanted to do. Right near Covent garden tube station and walking distance to multiple sites. Every time we came back to the room we instantly felt relaxed. The bathroom was great and had the basics, we paid for a room with a tub and loved that as well. Our room looked out into the courtyard of the neighboring church and it was so pretty. Everything felt clean. I am very anxious about bed begs etc. when traveling and even though our headboard was made of cloth it was spotless. As Americans we love our water and having a fresh bottle left behind when our room was attended to was a bonus! Extra bonus: We managed to get early check in after a overnight flight. We had requested it but weren't expecting it and it made the start of our trip extra special as we could refresh and take a nap right away! Knowing that they were able to mind our luggage until actual check in was very reassuring if our request couldn't be granted.

If you're looking for a lot of extras such as a spa etc. this is not the place for you. It is important to note that the restaurant and main reception are in an opposite building across the street. I cannot speak to the full handicap accessibility of the entire property but in the annex across the street you still had to go up a small flight of stairs before reaching the lift.

Great location with friendly staff. In fact the location cannot be beat. It's centrally located yet feels like a world of its own. It's on a pedestrian-only street so that helps. Easy to get around the city from here. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are nicely decorated and amenities were a nice perk. The turn down service included biscuits which felt very unique and appropriate.

It's not necessarily something I didn't like but could be something for people to know - if you're on the 5th floor the elevator only goes to the 4th floor. Then you take short set of stairs. Not a big deal at all. Just know that if you're physically impaired in any way or can't lift heavy things, you may want to ask for assistance. Otherwise, that 5th floor is lovely!

Such a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the new part across the road from the main hotel. We had beautiful views of a garden square. At night it was lit up. Such a beautiful bonus to what was already a beautiful room. Bathroom of all bathrooms. Lots of space. A lovely touch of shortbread every night. Everything in your room that’s an extra cost has a label on it so not accidental purchases. Made my mums birthday stay so special. The restaurant in the main part of the hotel. Served an amazing breakfast. The bar was very cute & an amazing array of drinks.

Lovely. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I booked a room for my parents for a special occasion. They were assigned a great room with a handwritten note and a gift. My parents were impressed and kept mentioning the hotel as it was "family".

The room, beautiful and with a view of the London Eye, was located in a new building. Breakfast is served in a different building just across the street (2 minutes walking). My parents did not mind and were very well pleased with the coziness of the room for the breakfast but if you are one of those who like to have breakfast before anything else, changing the building could be slightly annoying, especially if you have to put a coat on but you can always ask to be in the old building (same where the room for breakfast is located).

It's a very clever idea, this hotel. It recreates all the comfort of a large full service hotel in the aggregate. On the same street there is a Henrietta cocktail bar, restaurant etc.... If there were a gym (and perhaps there is, I didn't check....) it would a phenomenal offering in the heart of London. Staff are wonderfully informed and socially intelligent. Even though there was a little hiccup on checking in, they were graceful and accommodating. Strong recommendation.

check-in could be slicker for those arriving late. Perhaps a more obvious sign or even a personalised one telling late arriving guests where to go?

Style of the decor was amazing, such great taste. Bed was so comfortable, linen top notch. Towels so fluffy, No expense spared on quality. Staff so helpful.

Bath could do with a safety handle to help visitors to get in and out. Man bath tap sticks out a bit too far, right where you are standing for a shower. Lift is tiny but obviously not able to be changed We found the Henri menu not our taste but, would not struggle with 300 places to eat in that location. We usuallyonly like our own bed, theirs was so comfortable.
