Clean & comfortable bedroom, good quality bedding & towels. Good water pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. More than adequate breakfast with plenty of choice nothing seemed to be cooked to order but might have been able to ask for fried/poached eggs but we didn’t. Not huge choice for continental breakfast but they did have a pancake machine which we tried and enjoyed the pancakes. We used the parking available at £20 per day. It’s a very small carpark with some tight spaces and allocated on first come first serve basis. Not sure where other carparks were but we were happy to pay for convenience of car being inside secure space so close to hotel. We booked this hotel due to its close proximity to the ABBA stadium. It’s about a 10min stroll to the stadium. The hotel had lots of guests also attending ABBA. Less than 10 mins in the opposite direction are a few bars & restaurants on Stratford High Street. The hotel is close to Westfield Shopping Centre and train station for easy access to central London. We felt very safe wandering around after dark (coming back from ABBA concert & returning from day/evening out in London).

In the bedroom on the ceiling was what we assumed was a smoke alarm / fire sprinkler which flashes at regular intervals in the dark. This was annoying when room was in darkness but a minor issue.

The hotel was ideally located for us as we were attending a family event nearby. I was travelling with my mother who has limited mobility. Taxis could drop us easily just by the door. The hotel gave us a room located right by the lift so my mum found it very easy to manage. The bar food here was very enjoyable. There was a decent choice on the menu and I enjoyed the free breakfast. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would certainly stay here again if travelling with my husband or kids as it’s near public transport and I was also able to walk to Westfield shopping centre nearby during my stay.

We probably picked the 3 coolest days of the entire summer to visit London so the air con was a little cold in the bar/lobby. However I would say it’s a godsend on most days when temperatures are high in the city.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. This time I asked for a room on a higher floor and I'm glad I did, because the (nice but kind of noisy) cleaners don't get up there till quite late and so I slept very well! The beds are super comfortable, the room was spacious and with tons of plugs, everything worked (from the hairdryer to hot water right away) and I appreciated the "Dove" shower gel and soap. On top of this, the people working at this hotel are really, truly, super nice. I can't wait to stay here again!

The coffee could have been better, the breakfast choice isn't always amazing after 9:30am, and the shower is a bit slippery (they provide a mat but it didn't look incredibly clean). But these are all super minor things that didn't affect my stay at all.

The room was big and well laid out. Breakfast was just what we needed and we loved it. All well cooked and hot. The location was superb. We stayed here to be near to the Abba arena but it was very well placed with supermarkets and nearby pubs and restaurants. We have never stayed on this side of London before but would definitely do so again.

We did find that 3 pieces of crockery at breakfast on the 2 mornings were not totally clean with dried food on them - a plate, a bowl and a fork. Maybe look at the dishwasher stacking or pre-rinse a bit better.

Staff were great, bed was huge and comfortable, the bathroom was the only thing that let it down. It was very dated and I felt like I needed to get bleach out to clean the disabled shower seat. Breakfast was good although there clearly isn't enough seating for the volume of guests, we ended up walking around the tables for ages trying to find somewhere to sit.

Bathroom wasn't the best, dirty chair and the sink was blocked, the room was quite cold despite turning the heating up which clearly didn't work, lastly there was no where to sit for breakfast.

The room was extremely clean and comfortable. We have stayed here several times now and always enjoy our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful and the location is perfect for us. It was a little bit busy at breakfast time, but there are signs up explaining the busiest times and we did time things badly. Breakfast is as you would expect all the usual choices, the cooked breakfast is a little bland but all in all enjoyable.

We didn't have anything that we didn't enjoy. Everything was as you would expect for a hotel in this price bracket.

The buffet s breakfast selection is placed incorrectly.. bacon or sausage shoild be 1st choices in the queue. The walk into and from town i found was a little too far.. more info on the D8 425 and 25 bus services please Some of the Bacon was hard and overcooked mixed with softer fresh bacon. No smart TV for youtube etc 😔.. i had to fiqure out the connect to my laptop feature which didnt always connct and hard to do.

Breakfast was good, an excellent choice of food available.

Food in the evening was very good. However we had to ask for condiments and our main course was brought before we had finished the starter and left on the table. The starter dishes were not cleared and we were never asked if our meal was OK. Also nobody came to clear our dishes or ask if we wanted a sweet. When we asked for another drink we were told to go to the bar but there was nobody there at the time and our food had been delivered. So we didn't bother ordering. Maybe some staff training would be good.

We used this hotel to attend the ABBA Voyage show .It was everything we expected -and more ! Great location , [20 minutes walk to the venue ] ,very helpful staff ,very pleased with our rooms which were better than we expected for a three star hotel ,excellent breakfast included in the price, [ but there were queues after about 9am]. The hotel helped us enjoy a couple of days in London . Thank you .
