Location, room and view

Everything was great until I discovered my credit card had been charged twice for my stay. I tried to call the hotel to speak to someone but was only able to leave voicemails. I left 2 voicemails but no one has bothered to call me back. I told the receptionist the one night stay at the hotel had been paid through hotel booking.com but when I received my bank statement it showed the receptionist had charged me again without my knowledge. Now I have to sort this out with my bank and arrange a charge back. Hassle I do not need. If you book with this hotel check your future bank statements !

Location was superb. Despite being right in the heart of Leicester Square, the room was so quiet and peaceful. The view was fab, overlooking the main parts of Leicester Square, with Odeon on the left and Lego store on the right. It was a 5 min walk to many of the main theatres and 10 mins walk to Trafalgar Square. The rooftop bar is fabulous. What views! Drinks are expensive but not by London standards and given the view and location. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was efficient and a good selection.

It was a great stay, nothing not to like.

Great experience from the minute walked in, I arrived early on the off chance of the room being available and it was. Great service from the guy at the desk who I believe was training someone at the same time (he was professional throughout the process). The bar staff were knowledgeable and accommodated any needs, views from the restaurant and bar area are well worth the stay alone. The room was perfect had everything you could need and as was spotless. I will be staying again, so much so I’m looking to book it for next week 😂. I would recommend this to anyone especially for the value for money for the location top tier.

Rooftop bar is lovely, but a little pricy & bed was comfortable.

Small shower head was broken. As a woman, I didn't want to get my hair wet during my stay, so using the ceiling head wasn't an option, and I had to use the small one. The shower head itself wouldn't stay on the piping and had to cling on to it to wash my body. I never said anything to reception about it, but it was grand did the job I made it work. But at the same time it should be replaced the threads are obviously gone in the pipe / shower head. Room 207.

Customer service is what I loved the most!! All of the staffs were amazing! Friendly and helpful. The room was super clean and the location was everything!! When we were tired from all the walking we stayed in our room and sat on the window ledge and watched the street performers! The rooftop bar was beautiful with the view of the city. Would most definitely stay there again.

perfect location in the middle of a very busy square with plenty to do. always a lot of activity. nice views from rooftop.

one of lifts not working during stay. there was drilling going on above me every weekday. if you stay here know that you are in the middle of 24/7 crowds outside with lots of noise, street entertainers all hours of the day.

I am very pleased with my choice of hotel! First of all, the location couldn’t have been better!!! You step out the door and there is Leicester Square. So many restaurants within just steps. Surrounded by all of the West End theatres. Always people around the area but not crazy crowded. Also within an enjoyable walk to Trafalgar Square, Big Ben, the London Eye, Covent Garden, the Thames, among other places. Right around the corner from Chinatown. The staff were all amazing - friendly, welcoming, and helpful in every way! The room was perfectly clean and comfortable with a beautiful, modern bathroom. The pillows were even comfortable to sleep on, which I have not been finding in many hotels anywhere recently. I love that there was a safe to keep important items in. The rooftop restaurant/bar was great too. The view of London from there couldn’t be better. I would definitely stay here again!

There were two elevators and one was not working at all during the 4 days that I stayed there. So there was sometimes a short wait to go up or down.

Nothing, Everything just perfect because of the wonderful staff

Location location location. We like to stay centrally so that we can walk everywhere and this fitted the bill perfectly. Also loved the vibe in the rooftop bar. I let them know we were celebrating our anniversary before arrival and were kindly given complimentary welcome drinks, offered complimentary breakfast and a room upgrade!

We thought the room was very small especially as it was an upgrade and would have liked bigger than a standard double bed.

Was a lovely stay at hotel, staff were very welcoming and polite/professional, decor of the whole hotel was wonderful including the room which had a great view (room 807) clean with plenty of space and a nice touch with bottled water and tea/coffee facilities, added bonus was the roof top bar which we didn’t know about until we checked in fabulous cocktails and although we didn’t eat we saw some beautiful food being served Would definitely stay again.

That we could only stay for one night 😂
