Dry handy location.

They have had problems with the air conditioning for months. We were given a fan and could open the windows but I feel they should either get on and sort it out or offer those without a discount.

The location is great. Just next to Bond Street Station and right on Oxford Street. Any heavy shopping can be brought back to hotel conveniently and resume more shopping or move to other areas without having to lug your shopping with you.

1) booking.com photos are a farce sometimes...didn't quite get the room per photos shown for premium room. 2) The hotel itself has 2 lifts which are tiny and can hardly fit 4 adults comfortably....peak period you have to wait a while for the lifts. 3) The bathroom basin is a joke of a design...you have to use a cup to fill water and transfer to the kettle. The tap is so close to the rim of the basin it feels awkward. See photo. Also no hooks for hand towels and we had to hang it over the shower glass panel.

Our stay at this hotel was one of the most wonderful experiences we have ever had The hotel's location was perfect, and we had access to all the city's most important landmarks. The room was the right size and had everything we needed, including a super comfortable bed and exceptional cleanliness. What made our experience even more wonderful was TRINGA, the receptionist. Upon our arrival at the hotel, our first encounter was with her and she not only provided us with everything we needed, but also made our stay even more wonderful and simpler. Her hospitality was top-notch and she made sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Thank you endlessly, Tringa. The rating for this hotel is 10/10.

Location was excellent.

The price paid is only for the location and not for everything else

The hotel is beautiful and wonderful, the location of its employees.

I don't like the manager's behavior, as the customers didn't appreciate my loyalty to the hotel and couldn't come to talk to me and give me the reason for the rejection. The staff are excellent, but the manager's behavior is not responsible's behavior and I was very upset with him and makes me not rebooking the hotel again.

I also applied to booking.com for an evaluation survey for my other 3 colleagues, I hope they will get the link to fill out this form. For now, I am commenting below instead of them. Evren T. I had a wonderful stay in a hotel on Oxford Street, perfectly located near key attractions like Hyde Park and Soho. The room was cozy and well-equipped, with a great city view. Breakfast was delightful, offering a mix of hot dishes, pastries, and fresh fruit. The location’s convenience, combined with excellent service, made my trip memorable!

Great location on Oxford Street with excellent service and amenities. However, the room size felt small for the cost, and street noise at night might be an issue for light sleepers. Overall, a good stay for its convenience and accessibility!

Location is ideal as close to the underground and walking distance to key areas

Reception staff on day of arrival were unfriendly. I had chatted to the hotel via the chat service on booking.com and asked for early check in to be arranged and the receptionist quite rudely told me they are reception and not reservation and cannot accommodate earlier check in. I had also asked on the chat if my Amazon deliveries could come to the hotel and this was confirmed but reception seemed perplexed at first and then later said they could check if it arrived. I found this poor customer service as first experience with hotel. Rooms do not come with bedroom slippers and after entering from the streets it’s not ideal to walk around the room with the same dirty shoes. Pillows are not firm, does not provide comfortable night sleep

Great location that is in the middle of Bond street where all the shopping takes place. Very accessible by both train and bus. The great thing is that it’s along the Elizabeth line which makes travelling from Heathrow very convenient. The room itself is slightly small but that’s expected. I like that the room is very clean and the toilets are exceptionally clean and well maintained. When I checked out, the staff helped me to store my luggage until I was ready to leave for the airport later in the evening. They also were very helpful in calling a cab for me. Overall on the pricey side but for the convenience and peace of mind I think it’s worth!

The lift is a little small and old but it does the work. Do check out early so you avoid the crowd. For the window views, don’t expect any stunning views, I had a view of a building under construction but it wasn’t an issue for me.

Location is ideal next to Bond St tube station. We had a premium King room which was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed and pillows which are feather so for allergies would need to ask for a change. Staff in the lounge were really nice.

On two occasions we left around 11.00 am. In our return late afternoon to get ready to go out in the evening our room had not been serviced. That was frustrating. There was not a dressing table with a mirror for hair drying etc. The hairdryer was in a drawer and the plug was at the very back of the drawer which wasn’t convenient. Any other plug was beside the bed with no mirror access so that wasn’t convenient.
