Location is excellent. The concierge and reception staff were great, and the room was nice and comfortable. We booked the large family room and it was perfect for our stay.

I wasn’t fully satisfied with the breakfast. The buffet was quite limited and repetitive — the same options every day with very little variety. I was also not very satisfied with the restaurant service. We went to the grill restaurant for dinner once and had to wait over an hour for our food. Additionally, I was disappointed with the check-out experience. At reception, they tried to charge us an extra service fee that had never been mentioned before. Only after I expressed my dissatisfaction did they say it was optional. If the charge is not mandatory, it should be clearly stated upfront, rather than added to the bill without any explanation.

I recently stayed at your hotel and would like to share some feedback regarding my experience. While I appreciated certain aspects of my stay, I was disappointed with two particular issues: 1. Cleanliness – I found that the level of cleanliness did not meet the standards I expected. I believe more attention should be given to maintaining a higher standard in this regard. 2. Bed Comfort – The bed was unfortunately quite uncomfortable, which affected the quality of my rest during the stay. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve the experience for future guests.

It was not as clean as expected, found hair in the loo, the sink was not clean as well, towels were clean but not did not smell nice.

I recently stayed at your hotel and was surprised to see a charge added for housekeeping services. This fee was neither mentioned during check-in nor disclosed in the booking details. I believe charging guests separately for a basic service like housekeeping, which is typically included in any reputable hotel’s rate, is highly inappropriate. After raising the issue, the fee was removed — but the fact that it was added in the first place left a negative impression. I hope this was an isolated incident and not a standard practice, as it does not reflect the standards one expects from a hotel of your caliber.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to cafes, restaurants, Selfridges, Grosvenor square and Hyde Park. While the room isn't particularly spacious, it's thoughtfully designed to comfortably fit two people.

The only downsides were the in-room dining experience and the room's sound insulation. The quality of the food didn't quite match the luxury of the hotel, especially considering the price. Additionally, the room's noise cancellation could be improved, as I was disturbed several times by noise from the adjacent rooms.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in London. The location is fantastic – close to everything and very convenient. The service was excellent; the staff were always professional, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests. One of the best aspects was the room itself – it was very spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The only downside was the size of the bathroom. It was quite small compared to the size of the room, which was a bit disappointing. But overall, it didn’t significantly affect our experience.

The location is very good. It is very close to the metro and shopping centers by walking. The hotel is clean and the staff is attentive.

At around 02:00 at night, work started on the road in front of our room. We waited thinking it would be short but after about an hour I called the reception and told them we couldn't sleep. Even though we stayed in one of the most expensive rooms in the hotel, we couldn't sleep that night and no one stopped the work until I called. The noise stopped after I called. If such work was going to be done on the road beforehand, we should have been informed when we checked in. If it was due to an emergency, I would have expected the hotel management to offer us a different option since we would be uncomfortable.

I had a wonderful stay at The Biltmore Hotel. Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out. Smooth, seamless, and truly enjoyable. The staff was exceptional throughout, consistently kind, professional, and helpful, which made all the difference. A special shout-out to Paul, the doorman, whose warm welcome and attentive service stood out and added a personal touch to my experience.

I genuinely have nothing negative to say. I look forward to returning and would gladly choose The Biltmore again for my next visit to London. Highly recommended.

Staff very welcoming and very willing to help.

We had a frustrating start to our stay. Our room was available early, which was great. However, we needed access to our luggage immediately. The porters had taken our luggage and then it couldn't be located. It took over 30 mins to get to us and we were late for our lunch booking. Staff were very apologetic but it was very frustrating. We also were woken up at 6am by an erroneous wake up call.
