May be the spread of breakfast should be more continental, Indian, Mediterian types. The room was adequate for 3 people accomodation but more space needed to keep luggage in almairahs which was missing.

Location is away from the central area and not much eataries and restaurants available nearby. The MRT connectivity is good. Much more variety with food should be available in multicuisine restaurants. I am not sure if night club was part of the hotel didnt explore.

The hotel itself was good value for money. It was a very spacious room and our son had his own bed staying for free. It all looked very clean. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved the swimming pool and the hotel was very close to the centre and main attractions. We would certainly consider coming again, but might use local restaurants next time.

The a la carte meals at the restaurant were mediocre and not really worth the money and the service was mixed. The bartender didn't get our order right, but then didn't want to change things blaming us for the mistake instead, and these were cheap non alcoholic drinks. Not good enough for a 4star hotel.

Clean space, delicious in-room dining options (other restos on site, but did not visit for this stay) very convenient location (steps away from MRT and Bus lines; convenience stores in adjacent building, a big mall with food court and also other riverside food options 10 - 15 mins away, close to other walking neighbourhoods), gym facilities were nice, also spaces to wait/ seating arrangement in the lobby + Business Center for work calls/ quiet study purposes. Great customer service support any time of the day.

Had to change rooms due to a sudden bathroom leak - however, staff were very prompt and efficient in finding a replacement room within 5-10 minutes and helping us move without hassle; followed up with other support and offered fresh amenities and courtesy points for all inconveniences.

It’s a large hotel which can pass for a 5 star though its rated 4 star. The room size are decent. The hotel is otherwise spacious. The room size is OK. It’s adjacent to a shopping centre and has direct access to the Havelock MRT via exit no. 5 The Zion Riverside food court is about 500 meters away and if you are OK for a little bit more walk, you have good restaurants like Zamas Riverside and few others in about 12-15 min walk offering you excellent Asian / Indian food. The Great World mall is about 500 meters away (6-8 min walk). Overall, a good hotel with public transport facility, eateries and shopping in close vicinity.

The front office staff could be more friendly and warm. House keeping was very slow to respond (eg. I asked for a trolly for my luggage to be taken down as I had multiple suitcases and waited for 10 min. No one turned up).

Sincerely, I like Singapore. A very clean and healthy environment. A lot of trees, flowers, and gardens, with skyscrapers. So the hotel Holiday Inn Atrium is just a mirror of Singapore. I took pictures of your hotel, and I shared with Friends to my country. They are happy and appreciate a lot. One of my friend living in Johannesburg after seeing all pictures your hotel and Singapore, he said: Now he would like to visit Singapore. So, keep that Standard. After my check out from your hotel, I paid a stay of 8hours with hotel CROWE PLAZA in order to cath the sky train. Crowe Plaza is a luxurious hotel, but I prefer Holiday Inn Atrium.That is to say that I really appreciate your hotel, even though I know all Holiday Inn and Crowe Plaza belong to INTERNATIONAL CONTINENTAL GROUP.

What I would like you to add to your menu are: African and Western Foods as well. . That's all.

The room was in excellent condition and was on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the city. Being located at the city center near the financial district, there was so much to absorb and public transport was readily available and efficient. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a wide variety of dishes from al over the world and some local delicacies.

Angeline and her team on the 27 floor lounge were top notch. Caring, engaging and so sweet. My daughter and I went up 2 nights out of 3 and really felt cared for. Food and drinks were delish and all included in the lounge access. No need to go out for dinner. Hotel location was amazing. MRT station right outside with direct access to Orchard Street shopping and Gardens by the Bay. Upper floors had amazing views and the breakfast buffet was the best we had had in SE Asia. We didn’t have time to enjoy the outdoor pool but it looked beautiful.

It would have been nicer to have 2 x queen beds in the room. Doubles were a little small for sharing.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was clean, quiet and met our needs very well. All staff were friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The concierge was excellent with advice. We loved it that Robertson Quay was just a short walk away and that there were two small convenience stores in the building. Very handy.

Our breakfast experience was affected by the waitress not really understanding what we wanted and getting the order wrong but the menu was unclear too. All we wanted was bacon and eggs. But manager ( Frenie?) did a very good job to fix things.

Rush in Breakfast, seating was not comfortable, all table was very close, need improvement.
