Hospitality and cleanliness

The ac was not working, tried to fix it 2 times, still didn’t work. They missed calling us, after a request for morning wake up Call, we had to redo the whole thing of calling the concierge and asking for a bell boy for luggage. Food options to the room were extremely minimal. Living in a hotel requires more options as the restaurants are all shut outside.

Property is Great. Highly recommended

Too expensive. Food can be improved. Vegetarian options were less and the quality was not that great.

Pool and breakfast Room was clean and good size bus to other hotel saved walking all the way

the location wasn’t as central as I thought but there was a regular bus provided by the hotel to other Novotel that was near Orchid Road. Though I would stay here again.

Overall very nice decorations. Room was clean with all the facilities. Enough space for three of us. We had 3 check in and 3 carry on luggage but everything could fit well and still enough space to walk. Breakfast was amazing. Good choice of continental and Asian food. Staff was really friendly. Shaun from the kitchen was extremely helpful to make eggs as per our liking. Check in and check out process was also very quick. There is a free shuttle from hotel to nearby places and MRT. Bus stop is 5 min walk.

Everything was perfect for our stay.

Room well sized, well presented with modern and welcoming feel and look, utilities all functioned (even the hair dryer) so overall, very good.

Lobby is claustrophobic, when there is more than 8 guest checking in, its cramped and stopping smooth flow of guests coming and leaving the hotel - there was also a collaboration with an artist displaying their wonderful metal art work inside and outside of the lobby area, the inside ones added to the lack of space.

The staff are very helpful. I had booked a small pool party and the process for the reservation was quite smooth.

Buffet breakfast options are quite limited. The food is also not replenished in time. In room dining options are also limited. Food options are not child friendly.

Frome the moment I arrived in the taxi to when i left, i was pleased and very satisfied at the level of service provided by the staff. Especially when I checked in Dash was very helpful assisting me at reception with arranging my room. Charlie was great in bringing my bags to my room on level 7 Room 729. Loved the view and the room was very clean, view perfect, bathroom hygienic, loved the comfortable bed. After flying for 14 hours from Europe and very jet-lagged, i slept so well and woke up refreshed ready to explore the beautiful city of Singapore. Breakfast was scrumptious, with a tasty mix of local and European dishes. Lunch was tasty. On checking out, Sofie was very helpful. The level of customer care and service provided by Sofie was simply outstanding.

There was nothing i did not like :-). Novotel on Stevens was the best choice for me to stay at and I already have plans to bring my family to Singapore for our vacation and intend to stay at this hotel.

Very clean, close to everything, great hospitality

Sometimes the amenities were not refreshed (we stayed for 5 nights) and found each day there would be something missing e.g. no new toilet rolls when ours was running out, no new hand towels or body towels after they’ve been used and no room service on the last full day. It wasn’t a big deal regardless but would’ve been nice to have consistent service throughout our tenure.

Such a nice hotel! Was clean, smelt good, pool was great and had a nice view. There’s a few dining options close to the hotel and even a 7/11 next door. Easy access to the bus and train station if you want to go further out to the city, Chinatown and Marina Bay Sands.

Location is a bit further away however just down the road is the orchards for your closer shops and restaurants
