The property was clean and smelled lovely, definitely recommendable! The staff is friendly. The breakfast chef is great, and the receptionist who speaks English is a very polite gentleman, very welcoming he made our stay exceptional. And we can't forget Daniel from Ghana! He's very kind. Overall, a perfect 10/10 experience!

People were nice, breakfast was nice. I read a lot of complaints about noise, on the 3d floor (on Tuesday and wednesday) had no problem at all. The bed is cosy, room is spacious. Location (for conferences) is super. Swimming pool opens at 10:00, that is less nice. But the door is open so you might sneak in ;-). WiFi was fine on the 3d floor.

It was once shiny and new. Now you can see some ageing going on. For example, the Carpet on the floor needs to be replaced, for people who like cleanliness. The once black sockets and buttons are loosing their blackbess. Minibar is empty. The coffee at breakfast is not good, they should place a machine. But after reading the reviews I expected a noisy, not so good place. It was really a lot better than that and these things I wrote can be considered small things.

Free private parking. It was underground and very comfortable and large. The hotel is good.

I had a special request for additional bed for the child. When we arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning we had a baby cot in the room, which was broken. So we had to wait 10 minutes to have the asked additional bed in the room. While we were waiting, the child wake up. The breakfast was very simple. I didn't expect something special having in mind the Turkish hotels breakfasts. You have to ask for butter.

Location and stuff Asli in the reception she is really helpful and speaks good English and always try to be there for the customers Omar he works in the restaurant he is polite and helpful and the sales manager Mr Yasir he’s so welcoming overall all the stuff are amazing

The staff where extremely friendly and helpful, location is ideal not too far from the city centre, close to the Shopping mall and local convenience stores, bars and restaurants. I will certainly return back to this hotel again

I had an amazing time staying at The Mill Bomonti Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. However, what really made my trip unforgettable was the excellent service provided by Ibrahim. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great time in the city, recommending many amazing places to visit and helping with daily planning. His knowledge and passion for the city truly made my trip special. I cannot thank him enough for his kindness and hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel, especially with the added bonus of having Ibrahim there to assist. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!
