The touches in the room, all the Rixwell Savoy personal little things like the pocket where they keep their business card and post card - that was such a surprising solution. And how they fold the bathrobes.. We also loved the bar downstairs. Your bartender Indrek is very nice and knowledgeable.

The only thing that kind of bothered me were the pillows. When you put your head on it, it kind of seems like it has too much air in it, it doesn't let your head fall into it.. don't know how to describe it 😄

Location is perfect. Right on boarder of the old-town and easy to get dropped off or picked up by taxi. Easy walk to all old-town sights and restaurant/bars. The hotel is well maintained and our room "Suite room with Spa Bath & Old Town view" was spacious and clean. You can hear some noises from people walking by on the weekends late nights but it was not too noisy. We did not have any meals at hotel. We enjoyed our 3 night stay.

We had an issue with the bathroom lighting flickering, specifically when you turned the faucet water on. They tried to fix it but it kept doing it again the next day. Staff were nice but not very friendly/approachable.

Great location right at the entrance to the old town, lovely views outside, cozy rooms in the former attic, well-equipped and quite comfortable, nice breakfast and of course a super-friendly and helpful staff

These are not necessarily dislikes but: a shower cabin could have been a bit wider (or a soap holder could have been smaller); some sockets in the room were not working; and finally it is quite hard to get one’s baggage to the elevator as there are stair without a ramp (however, hotel a staff is always there to help carrying your heavy bags)

We stayed in a classic double room and it was perfect. The bed was huge and extremely comfortable and the shower was one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced! The location was ideal, just a few minutes walk into the heart of the Old Town and therefore very close to the bars and restaurants as well. We had drinks in the hotel bar on our second evening and the cocktails were delicious and very well priced! The staff were also very friendly and helpful. All in all, our stay was faultless.

LOCATION 10/10: the whole Old Town (which is a Unesco World Heritage Site) and all its tourist sites are all walkable from hotel. Near restaurants, bars and clubs. Near Solaris MALL with Lido Eatery with wide selection of food. STAFFS 10/10: all staffs, the waiter and especially the front desk staffs, they are all super friendly, kind and helpful with all the information and everything you need. COMFORT 10/10: super comfortable bed with comforter (thick blanket). The room has everything I need, fridge, table, hangers, socket & light switch beside bed, relaxing lighting, etc. The room is spacious. CLEANLINESS 10/10: Everything is clean. They have daily room cleaning if you wish. WIFI 10/10: wifi is strong VALUE FOR MONEY 10/10: worth it with its great location & nice hotel room

All experiences I had were all good

The Savoy Boutique Hotel is situated in the heart of the old town. It is a perfect location and a gem of a hotel. The cost of our room was such amazing value. The room was a good size, modern bathroom, and the bed linen is exceptional. The staff are all very friendly and their English is pretty near perfect , which saved a lot of faffing with Google translate. The breakfasts were equally as good, with a huge fresh food selection. The hotel restaurant is Michelin star worthy! We will be back.

We stayed for a week at the Rixwell Savoy Boutique Hotel. The hotel is centrally located on the edge of Tallinn's Old Town and is housed in a truly beautiful building. The rooms are spacious and everything is very clean. The staff was always friendly and attentive..

However, we’re giving one star less because it can get quite noisy at night due to the many bars and pubs in the immediate vicinity.

Lovely boutique hotel in a great location. Easy walk everywhere. We had a suite which was a great size with a lovely big spa bath. Great view from the window of the beautifully lit square. Particularly liked watching the truck & grader moving the snow at dusk.

There was supposed to be sparkling wine offered on arrival but there wasn’t (& it was Saturday night), there were just empty glasses sitting there. Breakfast was a little hit & miss. It wasn’t until our last morning that a lovely gentleman explained the process and what was included. That should have happened on the first morning. Breakfast spread was average but you could order a hot dish. We didn’t find the front desk overly friendly.

I stayed 6 nights in early January to attend a sporting event in Tallinn. The hotel was quite nice, the location was fantastic! The standard double room was a very comfortable size for one person to stretch out in. Bathroom was modern and extremely clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful, cleaning staff pleasant. Bonus points for warmth! The week I visited was during a cold snap with temperature at 0F/18C all day long. The windows were not drafty, the individual thermostat allowed me to crank the heat when I wanted. Nice and cozy restaurants close by on some bitter days. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely visit again.

The breakfast was excellent and the facilities were very beautiful. The hotel was quiet and the location was fantastic, close to pretty much everything, especially the Opera house and the Old town. I really enjoyed the calm atmosphere of a smaller hotel. The building had old fashioned charm and the staff was friendly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a beautiful smaller hotel with a great location and abundant breakfast!

The room was a superior room, but still pretty average except for the luxurious bathroom. The pictures on Booking.com were of a larger room, so they can be a little misleading.
