​I had a truly wonderful experience at the Trinity Hotel in Addis Ababa. The service, especially the staff, was outstanding. ​The check-in process was quick and seamless, which I greatly appreciated after a long journey. The entire team is genuinely helpful, and I want to give a special shout-out to Etsub and the friendly housekeeping team—they ensured my room was always immaculate. ​My room was a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. It was wonderfully quiet, allowing me to completely unwind and get a great night's sleep. Overall, the hotel atmosphere is fantastic for relaxing. ​If you are looking for a nice hotel with genuinely helpful staff and a calm, quiet environment, I highly recommend the Trinity Hotel. Breakfast was modest and nice. The breakfast chef was on point with the egg orders. The waiters were really helpful and supportive. I really liked the firfir served at breakfast. The location is well located and close-by there are number of restaurants and the cultural centre is down the road and a walking distance. The deluxe room was spacious and bed was comfortable.

The room was spacious but some lights were not working including the bedside light which can be worked on. Some of the bathrooms needs to be worked on. But no show stoppers really for the price.

The room is big and with a balcony which makes it comfortable. The lady who checked me in polite and friendly gave me good room she has good experience and skills about hospitality. Also, she helped with early check-in with reasonable charges. Breakfast is good, and the lady who served it very helpful always smiles. Shuttle service is available, which makes my arrival from the airport very convenient.

It's a best location for people without a car. It's easy to walk out and get everything you want. It's in the middle of Bole that you can get things in a walk distance.

Their parking is too small that can hold 6 cars. If you want go out, you have to wait until those cars out of your way. In the room, there was only one towel, I had to ask to get more towels. There was no tea maker but there were tea liptons and cups. Some of the furniture are old and broken but clean.

The hotel in central area, which will be easier to move to different parts of the city with ease, although the area is noisey but at night is a little calmer, the staff are helpful and the break fast is very good, the price is affordable, all in all would highly recommend it for it's location and the easiest way to find transport and to enjoy the Ethiopian hospitality.

Hotel was clean and personel are kind.

Transportation from the airport to hotel. They promised me but I didn't receive. I then go with taxi after a long waiting. Some construction work are there in the balcony.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious and clean. It is also located not far from the airport, which was a bonus for me.

Breakfast can be improved.

The hotel had wonderful service, from the airport pickup, to the check in and the rooms which were to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Addis Ababa.
