Excellent location with the facilities which were ideal for our family group.

Just generally a check / feedback would be good at the beginning of a stay to see how things are. I don't get the impression the owners do a review of what is working and what not - and also what could be better. For instance the air conditioner in one room was very noisy (needs a service. Pool tiles are coming off. Only one lounger for 6+ people. Easy fixes which a regular review would solve. Don't let it get into disrepair as you have a wonderful asset.

Perfect set up for a group, we had 9 adults and 1 baby. We spent a lot of time in the pool and the view was beautiful. The bedrooms stayed nice and cool due to air conditioning units. It was no trouble to arrange transport for shopping trips, dinner out, and other other activities. Mrs Va was just a message or phone call away if something needed sorting. The staff were all welcoming and friendly - Jo took us down to the beach and Sarah baby-sat for us a couple of times.

A washing line would have been useful and cleaning of the outdoor area as it did get a bit of frog excrement on it. The main living area was very hot even with a couple of fans provided but that's part of being on a tropical island.

The property was perfect for a group booking with a large entertaining area inside and out. The bedrooms were very spacious with air conditioning. 2 king bedrooms with large ensuite bathrooms, and a separate family bathroom for the 2 twin rooms. Laundry facilities were a bonus. The pool and deck were large and clean. The kitchen was spacious with plenty of pots, pans, crockery, and glassware. Mrs Va the property manager and Sarah & Joe the villa staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive, always ensuring that we had everything we needed and that we were safe when Cyclone Mal hit unexpectedly and a generator provided emergency electricity. We were able to extend our stay at the last minute due to cancelled flights and they could not have been more helpful and accommodating!

The property is in need of some basic maintenance (broken fixtures, doors, windows etc) and updated appliances (the freezer didn't freeze anything and the tumble dryer didn't dry anything). The kitchen could do with a pair of scissors and a vegetable peeler.

Swimming pool is too deep no safety for kids. No barrier outside swimming pool and no rails on the edge to hold and pull out very unsafe swimming pool something needs to be done about it.

The setting was just fabulous. Loved the sunrises and sunsets and looking out over the water . The pool got lots of use. The staff were lovely and friendly. We had a private chef organised through the Villa which made such a difference. His meals were excellent and it was such a treat not having to think about meals . The Villa was nice and spacious for the eleven of us . The location was great, close enough to airport, restaurants, supermarkets .

The Villa could do with a bit of a freshen up and some new furniture as some of it’s a bit tired . One family member suggested block out curtains would be helpful for the days you want a sleep in . More outdoor furniture would have been great as there was only 2 sun loungers.

Pool was great! Joe always kept it nice and tidy, rooms are big, huge kitchen area and living area. The staff were very helpful, Mrs Va & her team were made our trip a breeze. 12 family members and Mrs Va made sure we were well looked after

Only issue we had was air conditioning, all bedrooms were fully air conditioned however 3 of them weren’t as strong.

The view of the bay and the pool overlooking it was the best part of the villa. Close drive to all the places we wanted to visit around Nadi and the airport.

The turn off into the dirt road which leads to the property was a bit hard to find especially at night couldn't really see the small sign. A bigger brighter sign would be good because google maps is wrong and points you to the next dirt road to turn into which doesn't lead to the property.

The place was absolutely fantastic, great view and really nice environment. The staff was super friendly and helped us with any of our needs

The only slight downer was the Fridge not working for the first night. But staff were super accommodating and resolved the issue fast.

What a beautiful place to stay. The view was outstanding. The house is stunning and nothing was too much trouble. Mrs Va was always on hand to assist, and made our stay thoroughly enjoyable.

Loved everything.

Property was a perfect fit for my family size. Spacious with stunning views and an infinity pool. Kids loved it. Definitely coming back here.
