Incredibly friendly staff, willing to help with anything and made me feel right at home. They welcomed me like I was part of the family. I wanted an authentic Fiji experience and this did not disappoint. Food was also wonderful, room extremely comfortable. A great place to explore Fiji island, visit local villages or simply unwind in a very natural setting. Highly recommend.

Travelers should be aware that it is in a quiet area, removed from the typical tourist spots. This was a plus for me as I wanted an authentic experience but others should be mindful.

I absolutely loved my stay at this property. The rooms were impressively spacious, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable—everything you could want for a relaxing getaway. The hotel grounds were simply stunning, nestled among lush trees and vibrant greenery that created a peaceful, serene atmosphere. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was the staff. Everyone was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and helpful from the moment I arrived. Their warmth and attentiveness made the trip feel exceptionally special, and I’m so grateful for the genuine hospitality. I wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We felt at home on the property like we were with family! The staff took such good care of us and the property and burres are beautiful. The manager and front desk staff were so fun! And the restaurant staff lovely. All of the food for every meal was gorgeous, healthy and beautifully prepared. The chef even made us a cake to celebrate our anniversary. It was a quiet oasis to escape to. Loved how few guests it accommodates. We appreciated Reuben the driver and his expertise about the island, showing us around. Highly recommend the cultural tour!

Nothing! Just know that this is a remote property with no access to town or walkable beaches or activities. You must schedule a ride with the driver to go out and about.

This property was the definition of the most iconic holiday property for me and my partner. Ambience 10/10 Food 10/10 Room service 10/10 Hospitality 10/10 Cats 10/10 We did the right thing by choosing a property that was adults only. Was incredibly peaceful, quiet and comfortable for the 4 nights we were there. I must also give them extra credit for how well they took care of us when my partner fell really sick. They went out of their way to help us with medication, nearest clinic we could go to. Jenny and Peter took such good care of us and treated us like we were part of their family really. Because my partner was unwell and I was going to venture off doing the Zipline on my own, the staff members Deepika and Ledge joined me on a fun day of adventure. I want to give my heartfelt gratitude to the wonderful girls Lody, Luse, Asenaca, and Jenna at the property. Reuben was a fantastic driver for us and he was super fun and accommodating and must say tolerant of our goofiness. We miss you all and hope to see you again at some point.

The few little downsides that I wouldn't even consider a downside to be honest is that the options with Breakfasts, Lunches and Dinners felt a bit limited. The Bathroom was stunning at this property. We just felt the shower room could also have translucent glass or some sort of privacy. It just felt like showering in the open and anyone could walk around the back. That's definitely not the case at Fiji Orchid but probably just a consideration for future.

If I could give this 11 out of 10 I would. What I love most about this gem of a hotel is that it doesn’t feel like you’re at a hotel or a resort, but like you’re staying in a super glamorous private home of your super glamorous friend. We stayed for 5 days, and it was heaven. They pick you up from the airport, with the super friendly Rueben, and then you get swept into this garden jungle paradise with lovely romantic burres (you feel like you’re in a Taylor Swift music video) in the middle of a jungle / bush tranquility. There’s a bar and great restaurant on site - and if you can’t find anyone at the bar to make you a drink you can just WhatsApp the manager and they’ll bring drinks to you - and a great pool and fantastic location to the airport. But hands down the best part is the host, the owner Mrs B, who is quite possibly one of the most exceptional hosts & all round superstars we’ve ever met. She went out of her way to make sure we had an amazing time, from organising Fijian curry to be made that night at the restaurant so we could try it, to making sure breakfast stayed open late when we slept in, and just hanging out and having incredible chats. She’s absolutely phenomenal and made our visit super magical. She’s a true star.

Nothing. I can’t wait to come back. The only thing I’d say is that this isn’t like a Sheraton or Sofitel, so there isn’t always someone at your shoulder asking if they can help you, but if you want something - just go ask! When you ask for something, they bend over backwards to help.

This is a unique place to stay.. the accomodation is very unusual and different - very comfortable. The lodge and dining area takes to back to a bygone era. The Bures are set in a tropical setting which would appeal to those looking for solitude and peace and quiet.

The location sadly. It is very remote and we were looking to mix the tropical setting with the beach located nearby. We were advised to act with caution and not to take valuables to the beach should we go. This put a damper on us sadly.

This place is absolutely gorgeous. The rooms are beautiful, and very spacious and clean. The property itself is full with flowers, plants and is exceptionally well maintained. The staff is fabulous; every single person I've met was very kind and focused on ensuring guests have a wonderful experience.

I was hoping to be able to walk around the area a bit more; but it wasn't as inviting to do so. The location was very convenient given the short distance from the airport but the surroundings not as interesting to walk around.

The setting in the trees is beautiful. The family feel amongst the staff makes the welcome personal, from the airport pick up to departure. The rooms are well designed and comfortable. With zero traffic noise the sounds of nature becomes the backdrop. Very peaceful and relaxing. They have a dive resort on another island so this is a great decompression stop for those pre and post diving.

Due to the slightly remote nature of the resort, the travel in and out needs planning.

This is a very posh transitional place, where you stay on your way to small island resorts in Fiji or the airport. The chalets (bures) are very nice, with the best shower in the South Pacific. The staff are nice, breakfast is good. You are staying in the middle of a garden. It is beautiful, but also you will want to move on after a day or two (that is not a negative). Good place to orientate yourself when coming or going from Fiji.

This is an absolutely beautiful boutique accommodation option. From the moment of entering onto the property, we were enveloped in a sense of calm and tranquility. The six stand-alone units are all separated from one another by tropical trees, bushes, and flowers, allowing ample privacy, and the grounds themselves are wonderful for strolling around. This is one of the nicer accommodation options we have ever stayed in, and it was all complemented by wonderful and very obliging staff, a great pool, and a fantastic open-air restaurant overlooking an orchid garden. We enjoyed 3 excellent breakfasts here - each one very tasty and filling. The location of the accommodation is approx 15min north of the airport, and is accessed by the main Queens Road. What is great about this, is that it renders it halfway between Nadi and Lautoka - both of which are worthy of a days exploration. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Fiji Orchid to anyone looking for quality accommodation, set in wonderful gardens, with the most divine staff.
