Cleaner by name Kawsae&karim did there job perfectly. We felt very pleasant with having them taking care of everything, very helpful and nice people. We knew that our room would be clean and on point when we came back to the hotel, after being out in town. Hotel location was good and a lot of easily and accessible transportation in front of the hotell. Making the location first class, as well as having food and other fine shops around the hotel. After all everything was good and on point, we felt pleased with having this as our hotell, and we will recommend this hotell for anybody visiting mekkah.

Everything about the hotel is very nice. I have been with them for three years and I only stay there. The beautiful reception, the spacious rooms, the wonderful view and the excellent service. The staff are all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. I liked the staff and their quick response, especially Mr. Suleiman Mahmoud, who was very cooperative. I thank him and the entire work team.

Aziz and Khalil were great setting up the room, make sure it’s clean. Great customer service and great clean room. Front desk staff were wonderful. What I love about this hotel is everything. Great service over all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was excellent, with a short distance to the Haram. The bus station was just an 8-minute walk to Door 3, and it took about 15 minutes in total to reach the Safa and Marwa door from the hotel (including the bus waiting time to fill). The room was clean and equipped with a fridge and kettle, and also iron machine and save, adding extra convenience. The staff were very friendly, and the shopping inside was affordable. Highly recommend for a comfortable and well-located stay!

The transportation from the bus station to the hotel was very crowded and confusing. sometimes It was hard to find the shuttle, and sometimes the driver left without noticing us. sometimes Waiting in long lines made the experience even more frustrating, but in this case you can take any bus

It was a stay for Umrah and providing all services from delivery to the Haram and parking I liked its location because you do not feel that it is far from the Haram there is a bus in front of its door that takes you to the Haram every five minutes ... And I liked the workers there and their treatment is very good This is the second time I live in it, the same experience was distinguished and the hotel is very clean, I thank all those in charge of it and I thank to Mr. Suleman Mahmood Cleanliness of facilities. Cleanliness of the room perfect The presence of a barber and grocery store under the hotel as well as various shops. Everything in the hotel is very beautiful Staff cleaning all wonderful and very friendly and helpful.

Very good and clean hotel- 24/7 shuttle and it stop us very close to haram. we use Bab us Salaam to go to mataf. There are restaurants near the hotel which are open till late and you get good food at good price. Hotel attendant very kind especially our room attendant Mr Aziz Obed and Shehab, very helpful and provide us with what we needed and clean our room. You get taxi next to the hotel at good rate for ziyarat. We thanks Elaf Bakkah team!

Just avoid taking the shuttle after Jummah prayer, better wait in haraam around 1 hour and then go to the bus station else we need to wait in a very long queue in the sun.

Their service, everybody is nice, welcoming and willing to help, you call them any time and they respond and help you, you ask for room service, you get it within 10 minutes. They provide plenty of complements in the room everyday. The shuttle bus is reliable, you won't wait more than 10 minutes to leave. The cafe guys are very nice there. The gifts shops inside and around the hotel are cheaper than those in the main Gaza market.

The bathroom needs maintenance and thorough cleaning, the tiles are not quite clean. The shower box is not closed, so the water sneaks outside and make the bathroom messy. The bus stop at the Haram side is crowded after Isha and Thuhur prayer, which makes it hard to find your bus and sometimes you need to run between multiple buses to find yours, it would be great if they just put a sign on the bus windshield indicating the hotel name.

Nice hotel. Value for money. Friendly and helpful staff. Very good breakfast with a variety of food to cater for everyone's needs. Check-in and check-out was super fast and easy. Taxis are really easy to find in the front of the hotel. Although far (not walking distance) from masjeed al Haraam , there is a 24-hour shuttle service to take you there. Just keep in mind that sometimes you will have to wait (5-10 minutes) for the bus to fill up before moving.

Bear in mind that once the bus drop you at masjeed al Haraam, you still have a bit of walking to do if you want a good place inside the masjeed. Otherwise if you don't mind praying just outside the masjeed or in the Safa-Marwa place, it's just a little walk. One last little tip: Don't rush after prayer to catch the bus back to the hotel (especially after Fajr). There is a lot of crowding and you will end up in a long queue. Take your time in the masjeed, let a good half hour goes by before going to the bus pick-up point.

The rooms were fine with sufficient extra space. There is a need to replace the room and corridors carpets with the new ones. On the first days, we did not face any problem in moving to Harm from Hotel. There was an exceptional shuttle service to Harm. But for the next two days, there was some problem with the bus service as a result we always a faced problem while returning from Harm to Hotel.

Every thing is fine except the smell of old carpet that I felt on 12th floor.
