The hotel is very clean and much better than the nearest hotels around the haram

The hotel is far from haram but the 2 buses are much better than walking in the sun but you can walk after Isha or Fagr it will take 15 minutes walking and doing a shopping as well usually if you go for Dhur prayer and return to the hotel through buses of course you gonna miss Asr because the 2 buses take 1 hour in rush hours and usually it is rush hour The taxi will not help at all to go to haram because the roads are always closed for paryers and heavy traffic The first bus is front the hotel door and the second bus will stop 4 minutes away from tawaf door “ king abdel aziz gate “

I've came in me and my Wife to the Voco Hotels Towers as a gift for her birthday الحمد لله and here's an honnest and true opinion about the whole Voco Hotel experience in general : • cheking in from Booking is at Tower 4 • the hotel localtion is 1.5 km from Haram it's about 20min walks but you wont feel it since they are too many shops left and right you get to the Haram quick • before going to start your Omrah you need to go to Masjid our Mother Aicha you'll find taxis but make sure you agree on going to the Maskid he waits for you and then drop you off at the Haram all of this cost 40-50 SAR ONLY • bus is always availble and lots of them goes and come at the same time; first it makes a stop at (كدي) then you need to take an other bus next to across to the Haram same thing for the way back or you could just walk to the hotel once you finish your Omrah or prayer. • rooms are clean AC working good you can ask for house keeping to come at any time room service too exept for the breakfast you'll need to take it in the restaurant from 6:30 to 10 • breakfast has very large choices and taste good (you can only have a box for take away from the breakfast only if you have someone who can't come down an elderly person for exemple or someone ill) • food outside of the hotel you'll just need to walk few minutes so you can find some restaurant : fried grilled chicken // Shawarma // burgers // juices shops. They are also small shops for groceries and pharmacies too • there is a small mall down the Hotel where you can buy souvenirs grocerie shops and phamacies as well barber shop etc etc..

The hotel is a brand new hotel, with beautiful design , helpful stuff and good restaurants. Shuttle bus service is also available to Haram. Value for money is excellent, the price of the room is very reasonable though it is more than a four star hotel, i hope these prices will remain for some time.

The hotel is 20 minutes walk to Haram, which is not so far, and you have the choice to take the shuttle bus. But anyway if you can walk , it is a good stroll as the road is full of shops, also for the price of the hotel, and when you compare it with the prices for the hotels on the Haram side, the compromise is well worth it.

‏ had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I was truly impressed by the excellent services provided. the warm hospitality, and the cleanliness of the entire place. The shuttle service to the Haram, conveniently located behind the Clock Tower, was a great bonus.✅💯 ‏Everything seems to be thoughtfully organized and executed with great care. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Makkah.

It’s very clean and staff are amazing. The furniture is very comfortable. Room service guy was very cheerful and did amazing job. The hotel was calm and very clean. Transportation was available all the time at the hotel and at Al Haram. The market made it easy for us to get our essential needs ( food and medicine ) .

I requested a twin beds room but the room I got had 4 beds ( each 2 were stuck together to make one big bed). This resulted in making the room so tight. It was not easy for me to perform prayers inside the room. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Amazing professional outfit

The location is a tad far but saying that it only takes 25 minutes to reach the Haram, and the walk doesn’t bother me. It’s more to do with the surrounding area and low quality neighbouring hotels being this hotel down. The shuttle bus is okay as it was faster for me to walk than negotiate the traffic in the 2x shuttles needed (it’s not a direct shuttle)

The ambience of the Hotel inside and outside was excellent.

The Hotel is not walkable distance from Masjid Al Haram. This becomes a challenge for the elderly especially during peak Umrah days as vehicle access is highly restricted.

The staff and all the team of the hotel are very friendly and all the time with smile.

The cleaning of the room was not good, but the Hotel took care well. And also Booking you made a mistake you sent the Hotel my booking with 2 breakfasts but the Hotel solved this problem, and I tried to call you nobody answered I sent you messages till now nobody has replied and this issue is not acceptable from my side.

I really liked the way your staff handled my issue of refund. Though I've not yet received the refund but I was assisted with the outstanding customer service by manager Adeeb

Transport from Haram back to hotel. I think this is due to other hujjaj using voco Hotel's transport, making hotel guests get difficulties in transport.

Everything. Big shout out to Rayan the receptionist. He works is tower 4 reception and he was really helpful.I arrived early in the morning and he tried his level best to keep me comfortable. There wasn’t any room available for me to check in early but this guy really helped me out.

This property is quite difficult to go to Haram. This is my second stay here and before their shuttle used to drop us straight to harm and back but now it’s really horrible. You have to change 2 buses to get to Haram and it takes at least 30-40 minutes to go to haram . If you can walk then there is 20 minutes walk to haram but in bus it takes all together 40 minutes to reach. So if you are super fit then you can walk otherwise bear this in mind that bus will take at least 40 minutes to reach Haram .
