My recent experience at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the staff set the tone for an enjoyable stay. **Accommodations:** The rooms are elegantly designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. My room was spacious, impeccably clean, and featured modern amenities, along with stunning views of the Riyadh skyline. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep after a day of exploring the city. **Service:** The staff at the Hyatt Regency truly go above and beyond. They were attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Whether it was the front desk team facilitating my check-in or the concierge providing insights on local attractions, every interaction was pleasant and efficient. **Amenities:** The facilities are top-notch, featuring a well-equipped gym and a relaxing spa, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. The outdoor pool area is also a highlight, providing a serene escape amidst the city’s hustle and bustle. **Location:** Situated in the heart of Riyadh, the hotel boasts excellent accessibility to major attractions, shopping centers, and business districts. This made it a convenient base for both leisure and business travelers.

In one word - Exceptional! From the moment we arrived at the Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya Hotel, we were greeted with the most amazing Saudi Arabian welcome and hospitality. On arrival, from the doormen the dates and coffee greeting, to the excellent check-in service. The whole process was effortless and welcoming. The room was fantastic, with amazing views as requested. The bathroom contained not only the essentials but the little extra service of spares of everything to save having to ring down to housekeeping was impressive. On the Saturday we decided we wanted to visit a number of places and contacted Ali the Concierge. Ali was absolutely amazing and went out if his way for us and organised a car for us and explained to the driver the multiple places we wanted to go. The day was incredible and thanks to Shafique took us to all the places on our list. We had the best day seeing many of the amazing places in Riyadh. On arrival back to the hotel, Ali greeted us and actually said he was worried worried about us and had been hoping our day went well. This was so kind of him, to actually be caring enough to be thinking about us on our day out was so thoughtful . We have nothing but praise for Ali, who went out of his way to give us exceptional service throughout our stay. We were also lucky enough to get an upgrade to the suite which was just incredible and totally unexpected, along with complimentary Arabian fruit, sweets and pastries. Everyone in the hotel was incredible inc the door men to house keeping, nothing was too much trouble for anyone. We don’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Riyadh and we will definitely be returning back to the hotel, as Ali recommended when it is slightly cooler! Basically I give this hotel seven stars just because everything was incredible and a perfect experience for the first of what I hope will be many trips to Saudi Arabia! Saudi and its people are amazing - 2030 Vision is going to be incredible!

Nothing - Everything was perfect!

dear I wanted to highlight that i was charged two times SAR 1328.25. One time from my credit card automatically and one time at the time of checkin. Still no refund is made to me. Mr. George, manager at the reception told me that he will get me refund after accounts department confirmation but still no refund is made. They should not charge me since its their system issue if payment deducted from credit card is not shown to them. i shared screen shot and shown bank statement that payment is done but still i had to pay at reception. Thanks waiting for refund.

The hotel view is perfect. The out side worker are very welcoming and helpful. The coffee workers Saudi man and women are very nice and welcoming. The Arabic coffee man also very nice. The hotel location is excellent, room is great with very nice view, it is full equipped. The lobby is wide and fresh. I did not try the food.I may come again.

hotel management of the hotel must do something as serious issue is happening. The reception never answer the phone and get back to the guest if they are busy specially after check in. There is no single welcome to the gust or even saying how is your stay. simple wards does not cost much. The reception worker either to be trained or replaced.

The facility was simply great! The location is excellent, the room size is great, check in and out was easy and lovely, Moyad at the checkin was great, he welcomed us nicely and provided us with a solution to a booking challenge we had, offered us a competitive rate for added bed and breakfast and most importantly gave us very good recommendations on places to visit. Breakfast was yummy and we enjoyed every bit of it, fruits were fresh and tasty, all the housekeeping staff were lovely to deal with. We will definitely come back again

Nothing! Everything was perfect

The staff were wonderful, very friendly and ready to help. My room was ready in time. The lobby was cozy clean and nice. The checkin was fast. Room was clean and the bed was clean and nice. The area around the hotel is walkable. The breakfast was perfect .. just right.. the staff very friendly and welcoming

I noticed at checkin that on both agents their work area was dirty .. the keyboards and under the keyboards were so dusty to the point of disgusting.. I even told the agent that the cleaners need to clean this like they clean the rooms. It’s the face of the hotel that needed to be stranded to.

I liked our room, it was spacious and quiet. The breakfast buffet offered many options and provided a nice seating space, it wasn't crowded. I especially enjoyed the fresh fruit and berries selection, the pastries selection was very nice too. Everything was tasty (hot and cold foods). The location was good as nearby there were restaurants and cafes.

I didn't like the fact that women were not allowed to use the swimming pool. I guess it will change in the future and the administration will come up with a solution for both genders. The rest met my expectations.

Room space, there is no sound cancelation so you can hear your neighbors, the place is noisy so you cannot have a full sleep night.. you will hear the traffice noise even though we were in the 18 th floor

The room is clean with very comfortable bed, pillows and blankets; the twin room is quite small for a family of four; the breakfast buffet was delightful - we love it. The location is good although there's often a heavy traffic around the hotel, busy area. the hotel is surrounded by shopping centers (centria mall) and restaurants. We stayed at room 2806 (top floor) with Kingdom Tower in our view, amazing spot. We love the valet serving, the valet staff were very courteous.

Considering the heavy traffic in Riyadh during the Riyadh Season, the hotel seems to be quite far from Blvd World (30 mins drive); It's also expensive - again due to Riyadh Season.

The staff (particularly Mr. Yahya), I guess overall everything was good.

Variety in the breakfast, I guess International breakfast buffet would have been idea choice. I did not find welcome fruit basket in the room and welcome drink at the check-in which was quite surprising for me. Another aspect which made me little annoy is there was no readily cake available at the hotel. Booking.com made a big blunder and I had to pay for that as I reserved room for 2 and when I reached hotel I checked my booking it was only 1 pax and I had to pay extra money for the breakfast for the family
