We stayed in a suite which was very nice. Having a Denny's share the same property (open 24hrs) was certainly convenient. Plenty of parking.

There were kids sports teams roaming the halls making noise until 11:30pm. Tried contacting the front desk, but no answer. Got a cryptic call the next day "How is your stay? Any issues?", so likely staff saw several unreturned calls the day prior. Great hotel, but if you book in kids teams, patrol the halls from time to time and deal with the noise. Great hotel, but kids running and screaming in the hallways until midnight is a deal breaker for a return stay.

We were travelling with our adult daughter, so booked a suite. The sitting room, which has a sofa bed, can become a second bedroom. Unfortunately, there are no air conditioning vents in that room. It was 36° C the first day so my daughter was very uncomfortable. I must say that the service of the hotel is exemplary. We’d arrived late and when we called reception, immediately a technician Was sent to check the air conditioning. When we said that we needed a fan, he provided us with a fan right away – with a smile. Although it didn’t really make the room cool enough for a comfortable sleep, we really appreciated the promptness and wonderful service.

The staff when we checked in was so nice & very accommodating, they even called us after a few for a courtesy check. The room was very clean.

The only thing we were not satisfied with was the bed, it was like going down when you go into it. And the staff when we were leaving early in the morning was not as accommodating as the other one, not even smiling & did not say thank you.

The bed was very very comfortable. I definetly noticed that. Also the hotel staff lady was nice

What breakfast? I did not know there was a breakfast option. The pool facilities were unavailable so I was very disappointed that there was no little freebie or discount. I chose to hotel because I wanted to relax that evening in a hot tub so that was very dissapointing

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond for us from the moment we arrived. One of the guests had too much to drink and they managed it very professionally and checked on everyone through out the entire evening. The staff were friendly and kind through the whole stay. Rooms were very clean. Would recommend to anyone looking to book here with their family.

Nothing everything was great.

We booked there because the location was very good. There was lots of parking, the room was clean, and the bed was comfy. The attached restaurant, Denny's provided good value, with some seniors discounts.

Two things need to be changed. The room had a small kitchenette, however although is plenty of room for another cupboard to hold dinnerware and cutlery up on the wall, they never installed it and instead they are storing cutlery and dinnerware under the sink. This makes accessing these items difficult. The other item that should be changed in these days of environmental concerns , is the bathroom sinks. They have gone totally for the look, rather than balancing aesthetics with more practical considerations. The sinks although stylish have do drain plugs so you need to leave the water run down the drain if you want to wash up in the sink. This is disappointing in an age when many hotels are trying to reduce water usage.

Location good and staff were very accommodating. We arrived two days late due to flight problems and my message did not reach the hotel so we were charged one night (fair) but remainder cancelled. However the manager worked to get us the same rate for the remaining days, Maintenance was also quite helpful as I'd asked if I could plug in my car.

No breakfast-inclusive options to left with Dennys onsite -which can be a bit pricey - or McDs/A&W etc nearby, But kettle/ microwave in rooms and decent free morning coffee in lobby,

Close to west side of Calgary. Travel to Banff area was not bad from there. Food close by and stores. Denny’s was great to start the day. Staff were amazing.

Pool closed for Reno’s that’s why we booked it for the kids. But was alright since we were busy enough that we got back late.

It’s the first hotel when you get in Calgary, Denny’s restaurant is on site, couple other restaurants are nearby! Farmer’s market is within walking distance, good location if you don’t want to stay in the city!

The hotel is a bit old, AC was too loud in my room, room is a bit small!

The location for us was perfect. Being able to check in early afternoon was really nice. The room was quiet and clean. The front desk staff as well as the housekeeping and other staff we met in the hallways greeted us with a friendly hello and smiles.

A couple of minor issues were the bathroom fan cover was a bit askew and the sink had a crack which did not affect its ability to hold water.
