Staff was very friendly and help full. Would go back again

The pool needs a clock. The breakfast room is very busy at certain times and maybe not enough staff to keep the food coming and or cleaning off table for others to sit. I think we stood there for about 10 mins watching for a table to open. Little award for we are watching people eat, and some people just sit there with a cup of coffee to socialize. More staff or more room with more tables Also in the rooms maybe put bed side tables on both sides of the queen beds. Not just 1 in the middle of 2 beds

The soft music in the lobby and the hot chocolate/coffee bar are very inviting as you first step in. Our room was spacious with a fake fireplace and it felt cozy and clean. The bed was soft with crisp linens. Loved the full length mirror. The Little keurig in room for coffee/tea was nice. This hotel is right along the QE2 highway but I never noticed any traffic noise. Never noticed noise from our neighbours either. Elevators are decently spacious and never had to wait long even tho the hotel was right full while we were there. This hotel is also located near a bunch of fast food and 5 mins from tons of shopping , IKEA and all the box stores in south common. Very convenient.

Breakfast was great, lots of selection and even though it was busy at the peak time on a Saturday they worked hard to keep stocked on all the foods. I was also granted a later check out to accommodate a family function which was so appreciated and kind!

Towels were not in the pool area so we had to get them from the front desk. Understand for such a busy weekend, but it would have been helpful to know on the way into the pool instead of standing dripping at the front desk. A poster as you enter the pool would be helpful. 😀 Maybe there is one and I didn't see it.

Staff and room were great

The other guests were quite disrespectful in the pool area. Treating it like thier own backyard. Out door shoes,climbing up the water slide. Splashing on purpose towards others not part of thier group. Screaming at top of lungs and not being corrected by the parents to respect others in the area. Kids should have lots of fun, but the volume shouldnt hit piercing screaming..Very disappointed, but the place was great otherwise.

The hotel was clean, staff extremely friendly and breakfast had a wide variety of choices and met our dietary needs

Not the hotel's fault. Saturday 12:30am party bus with extremely loud music was parked behind the hotel. It was terrible for 1/2 hour. We requested to be by the elevator and a walk in Shower, due to mobility issue. Email confirmed they could accommodate our request. Unfortunate we did not receive this room.

We always stay at this hotel any time we come to edmonton and it's always a hit! This time we wwre surprised with a jacuzzi suite (was a little bummed it was out of service for repairs) but it was still a cool experience to even see. We will definitely be back! The kids love the pool and the staff is always so friendly and willing to go above and beyond.

The staff were super nice and it was very well located for what are plans were while we were there

The breakfast was alright the first time we went to it was at 8am and it was all cold by the time we got there and the hashbrowns tasted funny to me personally and then the second day we went I had eggs and bacon and a bagel and it was very good

Big rooms, windows that I could open because I like fresh air

Bathrooms need upgrading and the bathrooms were small. Could get rid of carpets in the room and get new mattresses. Also, having a group come in to do swimming lessons takes away from the fun of hotel guests using the facility

The breakfast was great, compliment to the chef!!The coffee machine in the lobby is one of your unique features and the coffee were superb!

I suggest you provide unlimited towels for the pool so people could just pick them up if they need them rather than asking again from the counter. Thank you.

The front desk staff and day manager were excellent!! Had a small issue and they took care of it right away. Breakfast was awesome!!! Enjoyed the pool.

I have no complaints at all.
