Almost everything was great. The room was like having our own home away from home. Comfortable, clean, roomy, we’ll pointed. Staff was great. Especially Caroline in the breakfast area. Very helpful/nice person. They even have gluten free bread for breakfast, but you have to ask for it. We got this room at a reduced rate. We would not have paid full price, as that is very expensive for one night (like all hotels now). Hopefully we can get a good rate next time.

Room could have use a full length mirror, ironing board and a kettle. We used a pot to boil water for tea. It worked. The breakfast food was plentiful but the meat was a little on the cheap quality side. Other than that, everything was great.

King Suite Studio with a full kitchen, including a full sized fridge/freezer, two hot stove burners, dishes, pots and you can borrow rice cookers, blenders, slow cooker exceeded our expectations. The only issue is that we didn’t find this gem of a hotel sooner.

Breakfast was good, very basic but it was very clean. I wish there were some fresh fruit options. The waffle machines were at full capacity, as there was a couple of hockey teams there, but we just went with the flow.

I came to town for surgery, the hotel was close by. It is a very nice place, I wish I could have used more of the facilities and options, such as breakfast, coffee. The cleaning staff were also amazing and very helpful

Easy to find location just off of the Calgary Trail. Many close options for food and shopping. Facility was clean and staff were friendly. Breakfast was basic but good.

Key cards weren't working properly. Had to get new cards 4 times before they did. Bathroom in pool area wasn't setup very well for changing. A few hooks and a small counter would be nice. No shelter from elements in the smoking areas.

I booked two rooms. The rooms are spacious and it has all that is needed for a longer term stay. These rooms have Refrigerator, Microwave, Cooktop and dishwasher. There is coin laundry onsite. I noticed another thing that I have not seen in any other hotel and that is availability to borrow small appliances such as Rice Cooker, Juicer Blender etc. Staff is very co-operative. I would especially mention Ms. Neelam who worked diligently to fix an issue. Thank You.

As I mentioned that I booked two rooms and I was looking for rooms with two queen beds in each room. However, somehow the booking was changed to two rooms with one king size bed. That did not meet my requirements. Ms. Neelam helped in fixing this problem and she was able to get at least one room with two queen beds.

The staff !!! Everytime we stay here , the staff have been phenomenal, they make the experience a great one !! Huge shout out to Tanu , running breakfast Friday morning , you beautiful lady, are a kind , generous soul and made the start of our trip so special . ( we missed breakfast but this lady wouldn’t and didn’t let my little boy go without !! She quickly made us up hefty plates to enjoy ) bless you and merry Christmas to you .

It was a touch warm in the hallways but that’s good for coming and going to the pool .

Although I booked and paid online in advance (2 weeks), the hotel records did not show my payment confirmation which delayed my check-in.

Great location just off Ellerslie Road! Good parking! Nice reception and lobby, spacious room and large, sparkling clean and bright bathroom. Super comfy beds, quiet and secure. Nice breakfast in the morning. Easy checkout.

right from when we walked in the door. the service was spectacular. we felt so welcomed and invited and happy to be there. “welcome to the Marriott is this your first stay with us Jason and Julie?” they had we won on within seconds of walking into the lobby A HUGE shout out to the night desk clerk, the young Filipino man that came to our room at 1130pm to get Netflix working on our tv. Life saver. Superb service 100% will be back. in fact can’t wait to be back. we live 15 mins away from the hotel and we will go back just for the service and the rooms. let’s put it this way. our room had a dishwasher….

the parking stall lines seem close? maybe it was just me it was late n dark.
