Cleanliness if the whole hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. It was also great that after a long day outside, we came back to a rooms that was cleaned by staff, garbage and used wet towels were taken out already. Breakfast was great and I loved that the staff makes sure that there's enough food on the food warmers and pancake maker machine.

Shower heads on our room is leaking water, so water sprays on the ceiling, causing walls and floor to get wet too. A hamper for wet towels would be nice. And maybe mat on the floor would be great addition, yo avoid the bathroom floor getting wet too much when someone gets out from shower.

this hotel is comfortable and clean. They clean the place every day. The breakfast was great, nice pancakes, fruits, yogurt, coffee, cereal, etc. I went for work, for us the location was great. I had to visit west kelowna, East Kelowna and Lake Country. The employees were friendly.

it should be a rule for customers to not talk loud after 10pm, they should pay a penalty. I came from work and I was tired and wanted to rest and people in front or next door were loud.

It was very clean and very comfortable. It was a quick reservation and it exceeded my expectations.

Specifically for room 313 1) pillows - felt too bulky 2)no long mirror - needed when dressing up 3)fridge - doors should open to the left 4)shower door - wouldnt close properly. Water was dripping after use. Would ruin the flooring eventually. 5) liquids - hand soap, conditioner in tbe shower should always be refilled 6) elevator doors and side entrance should be wiped down regularly 7) front entrance signage should be properly listed

Very clean and service is good. Pancake machine was a hit for my kiddo. You do get the basic breakfast: pancake, cereal, instant oatmeal, breakfast bars, yoghurt, muffins, hot&cold drinks and fruits.

Our room was facing highway and it was very noisy at night. I'm thinking maybe turn on the AC could help? But for the people who need quiet room to sleep be ware. Room is abit small and there is no convinient place for hanging hand towel. There was very stinky smell in the arcade room. Sketchy people sitting infront of hotel and digging into garbage can. I've stayed in the hotel for 5 days and I met them everyday there. Overall it's great place for business trip but I would think twice if it's for family with small kids.

Location was not bad, a little far from downtown but easy to find. Liked the gym, the bed, the cleanliness, staff. The breakfast was okay, what you can expect from a self serve process.

We were on the highway side of the building so the noise was quite loud until about 1 AM. Would have preferred to be on the back side where it was less noisy.

Fair price for the location. Scouring the market price for similar hotels, this was one of the properties that were of good value for the money spent. Place was fairly new (about 2 yrs old), staff was friendly, room was comfortable (I had to plug in the desk power bar as it was disconnected). Good air conditioning which was sorely needed in the hot temperatures of Kelowna. I'd stay here again.

Get the bar going. Shaded parking too would be a bonus!

Need scrambled egg. Location is great and parking is safe. Staff ZEB (information) - you need more like him he is very helpful because he mentioned that someone got through the border without proper papers during BC disaster/ mudslide and even printed my scanned passport and US Visa. Now im home after 9.5 hrs driving

It could have been better if staff share earlier some info to the new guests during BC disaster like are you here for vacation or stranded. If stranded, give some stories that some guests they made it through the border. Thats why i am very thankful to Your staff Zeb with short conversation he mentioned about the border. I did search, watch news, ask friends and even call the border three times but i got no solid answers. I did cross the border with just a photo copy of my visa and PR Card.

Would recommend this hotel; the rooms were clean, bed were conformable and the location was well situated to where we needed to go for work. We were given a room facing the road, which was pretty noisy if you wanted to get a good night sleep. We called down to see if the front desk had ear plugs which they didn't but they gave us a different room on the backside of the hotel and once we were moved into there it was much better.

Nice beds, bedding, bathroom and shower. Very modern. Nice gym and pool, and breakfast was sufficient with quite a few options.

The room had no option for hot water to make tea. Its unfortunate that hotel has not really employed environment friendly policies - instead of glass or china cups, it is still using paper cups wrapped in plastic, plastic knives, forks and spoon. This is a consistent pattern I have seen during my travel through Canada (I am a New Zealander)
