The shuttle bus to the airport. The room fulfilled all our needs with the well-equipped kitchenette.

No breakfast service The hotel did not actually read messages via booking,so I had to reach them by sending messages to their official email. They did reply, but I had to wait for 1-2days. The pillow was too soft to me. The rooms could be reached by any outsiders and the only window of the room faces the public corridor, so it would be a concern for someone who needs higher sense of security. The room was well cleaned, but I felt the carpet had not been cleaned for long time.

I loved the 2 huge beds, the little ducky 🐤 and the cleanliness! Most importantly to me, there was a fabulous coffee maker in the lobby, that made hot chocolate, regular, mocha, etc freshly ground coffee and an accompanying machine for hot, cold water for our water bottles and cups of tea. They offered us free transfers between YVR VANCOUVER INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT and back * and a free voucher for a taxi at 3am to get to the airport. There were vending machines, and across the road was a McDonald's and a Fog and Sudds and very close by a Denny's and an A&W. The office staff were very friendly as were the housekeeping staff. Honestly, I didn't want to rush off and catch my early morning flight! 😀 xx

Staff, room was clean and amenities were sufficient. Restaurant nearby. Uber Eats or Door Dash is another option. Close to Airport and has a Shuttle. Coffee machine in Lobby.

It would be great for an early morning flight but I was coming in from a late flight and was looking forward to sleeping in until 7:30-8am. Unfortunately the people around me didn’t get the memo! I had room above me up at 5am making lots of noise. So my plan of getting a room to sleep & catch Ferry next day wasn’t necessary. Should have caught last Ferry and slept in my own bed.

1) The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent. Waitress Norri was great. 2) Karmel the person who registered us was fabulous. Pleasant, friendly and glad to see us. The hotel presented my wife with a wine bottle for her Birthday. 3) the hotel location was on the main road to everywhere, yet out of the downtown high price area. 4) Housekeeping staff was very friendly, efficient and pleasant. 5) parking was plentiful and easy to maneuver. 5) would we stay there again, in a heart beat.

Once we entered Vancouver and had to take Oak Street, left hand turn lanes were scarce. if you got in the laft lane and wanted to go straight, we had to wait for those turning to clear the street - very frustrating.

The room was very huge and very clean. We had everything that we needed. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The shuttle service from and to the airport worked very well. We could also use it to get into downtown for free. Overall we would recommend this hotel for everybody who arrives in Vancouver and needs a hotel for the first nightor for the last night.

The isolation of the windows is very bad. So if you get a room with the front to the highway you get the feeling to almost sleep on the street. People that are very sensitive to noise will have sleeping problems.

The location and the price are great. The service and the comfort are great too. There’s an electric water heater pot in the room, which is very convenient. They have on site parking and provide free shuttle services to the airport. During the off-hours of the shuttle service, they offer $20 for your taxi! And they give a small rubber duck toy as a souvenir!

I found a dirty towel hung in the bathroom on the hook of the bathroom door; and a used coffee pouch in the coffee maker.

We chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the airport and the ferry terminal at Tswwassen. We used the shuttle to take us to YVR in order to take the skytrain downtown. The driver dropped us right by the entrance and told us where to go. The shuttles were on time, every half an hour. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, we had a lovely two night stay.

The Accent Inn is always clean, comfy, and convenient. The staff are always cheerful and helpful. There’s a games room. Free bike rentals. Fresh ground to brew coffee in the lobby that is so good. Grab the mug from the room and make the trek to get a double cup of fabulous coffee in the A.M. Especially if you’re there after a late night flight, heading out on an early one, or staying for a sports tourni. The beds are perfectly firm, good pillows, the rooms are clean! It so comfortable. It’s top notch.

It would be super if the hot tub was operating again.

Stayed in a freshly remodelled room and it was a very nice surprise. The owners put an extra care and thought and overall experience was very pleasant. Loved the lighting in the room. Perfect lights for reading and to create an evening ambiance. Makes a big difference, very rare to see that in hotels of this range. We appreciated it very much. Ceramic coffee mugs were a lovely detail too, rather then using disposable paper cups. Felt homey. Also the unique sense of humor adds to an overall very good experience. The shuttle service to and from the airport is a great addition. Very helpful. Thank you

Nothing to not like, but maybe one suggestion. It would be nice to have a bowl of fresh fruit at the lobby -- apples, bananas or oranges available to grab when people are arriving late or leaving very early for the airport.

Good size room and nice location

Could not use walkways around building from handicap spots to room as their shuttle van was always backed in over the top of sidewalk forcing us to walk in middle of parking lot behind vehicles. Floors were very dirty in room, especially if you moved any furniture and some sticky spots. Staff were very nice though.
