Ok

I made the reservation and payment online, and at the reception they told me that the payment was not made. So I paid again for the 2 days+guarantee with the card, and now I realize that I paid twice. I went to the hotel again to make a complaint, but 10 days have passed and the money has not been returned to me.

I had a room on the main floor as there wasn’t an elevator. It had an outside sliding door which I could bring all my stuff into the room without needing to go through the hotel.

There was a no pet clause, however one morning I heard scurrying feet above me that sounded like a small dog. It startled me and I reported it to the front desk who said he would check into it. After breakfast I checked with the front desk only to be told the person had been there for 3 months and had no pet. So I said then it must have been a rat.

You can park right outside your room so it's great for bringing things in and out and getting to your vehicle. Some essentials close by, groceries, dollar store, fast food, beer. lcbo, etc. Can even walk to these places. Wifi, decent sized TV, fridge....good storage for clothes etc.

A little dated, door locks need a wiggle, the beds were creaky. No biggies.

This comfort inn is the best Hotel and value for the money, the clerk noticed i was having a difficult time with my luggage and they carried it to my room and no charge.The bed and bedding is excellent. The breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. My wife is very happy with our stay there and so am i. The staff was the most friendly that i ever seen .The staff also gave us a little Gift at check out time ,We will certainly return for another stay there soon

It was nice not to have to leave the hotel for breakfast. The breakfast was sufficient, the sausages and potatoes very good. The staff (one woman) in the breakfast room worked very hard to keep everyone happy. The beds were super comfortable and I loved all the pillows.

I thought the room was a little small for 2 large double beds. For three women we needed more luggage space.

We had a very agreeable one-night stay here as we were passing through Cambridge. Our unit was roomy, airy, well-lit, and very clean. This motel is an old one, and this much is apparent from walking through the corridors, but it is very well maintained, and difficult to fault for the price. The amenities and breakfast exceeded our expectations, in truth.

The bathtub could do with a bit of bleaching, as much due to age as anything else. It is difficult, however, to find much else to fault at this price point. The hotel offers a certain value proposition for the short-term traveler, and lives up to expectations amply.

Overall, the staff’s friendliness was excellent. The night front desk agent, Sahil, was particularly informative and knowledgeable.

I found an empty can of cold drink and a hairball beside my bed when checked in, which was disappointing. But overall experience was very good.

The room was clean and quiet, the bed was comfy and the location was easy to get to from the highway. There was a breakfast included, which was good. The staff were friendly and the price was decent. There was easy access to shopping if you needed anything.

People had left garbage (in bags) in the hall for pick-up. It wasn't horrible, but it did make the property look less desirable. Also, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of food and were slow to refill the items that were out.

I liked the fact they offered bacon and eggs at breakfast , the hotel was clean and quiet, and the staff was courteous.

The waffle maker was either not functioning or needed to be refilled….it was not available. The two dining area staff were there but did not attempt to refill the machine …but they kept the area tidy and were pleasant.

Pretty much everything.

The television didn't have a guide or any info on the channels so I had no idea what we were watching, but this wasn't a big deal. We didn't watch that much tv. Mostly it was for background noise when sleeping. I am just used to being able to tell what channel is on and what it is showing.
