I thought everything was great, the rooms were clean, nothing fancy but was perfect for our needs. The pool and outside accommodations were great. We had young kids and the playground was a pleasant surprise. The kids loved it. The pool was clean and had plenty of seating and lounging areas. To our surprise an ice cream truck actually pulled in with the music playing and everything. It was a great flashback to my younger days. They even had breakfast, with all the fixins. Definitely recommend it for families. A nice alternative from your traditional hotels.

Fairly nice place to stay, on the highway, close to Niagara (15 min drive), nothing to see around, a really good mall 10 min drive, 15-20 min drive to restaurants. I mean its a one night stay type of thing if you are travelling to/from Niagara and dont want to break the budget. Staff is super nice and friendly and they make up for a "tired" hotel and rooms. Breakfats was fun - coffee and make your own waffles.

Bed are too soft, rooms ideally need to be at least repainted, otherwise - you get exactly what you pay for.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable and large. Amenities include a nice microwave, a decent size mini fridge. Iron and hair dryer were also included. There's a nice heated pool and a continental breakfast every morning. Including bacon and eggs and weekends. Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Plus you can get free Metro passes everyday to take you to Niagara Falls or the casino. Definitely recommend.

It was a great location for going to Niagra Falls. Not too close, not too far. Plenty of places eat eat near by.

The cleaning staff was supposed to clean our room and it was clear they were in our room but all they did was move the x-tra pillows we had on the bed we were using, back to the other bed and that was it. They didn't make the bed we were using or empty the trash or give us fresh towels. I was very confused by that. We were asked at check in if we wanted maid service, which was supposed to be included, and we said yes, but that is all we got. I still can't figure that out. Lol

My spouse and I truly enjoyed our stay. Adriana at the front desk went above and beyond to accommodate us—her service was exceptional. The location is excellent, conveniently close to restaurants, the falls, shopping outlets, and entertainment complexes. It’s also very family-friendly. Highly recommended!

Everything was wonderful! The only area that could use improvement is the noise from the heater—it was a bit loud at times.

The first morning (Monday) the hotel provide an excellent breakfast with bacon, eggs, waffles, and other items. However, the second morning, no eggs or bacon were provided. Location was good with easy access to restaurants and Niagara Falls

Inconsistency with breakfast. Is it really that much more expensive to provide bacon and eggs every morning???

Location, room was renovated

As european, I really dont understand and dont like wearing shoes inside. Everything was clean except floor. It was cleaned, but not enough so I could walk barefoot.

Room was comfortable and convenient to tourist area.

The bathroom lighting was a struggle. The motion light for it was outside bathroom so often went off while inside bathroom. While there was a time turner to keep light on the exhaust fan was attached to the motion part creating a sauna in bathroom when showering. Other than that things were pleasant.

The breakfast was good. It served the Basics. Make your own waffle . Always my Favorite ! Scrambled eggs, bacon, cereal, muffins juice and coffee. Hot and replenished quickly. The area is very small, so get there at 7 or after 9. There is a small seating area outside. I choose to take ours to the room. Don't forget your tray ! It's under the ice bucket on the table. There is an actual table/chairs to sit and eat.

The air freshener in the lobby. it was over powering. Even if in there a short time.

I liked the room, quiet place, very comfortable bed, good breakfast and very kind staff, they allow us to stay a little more after check out in the lobby without any issue and even recommend me how to get the bus station.

You need transport to get to the Falls because is not close at all and also the air-conditioning was very cold and couldn´t adjust it.
