The hotel was little and tucked away in between other hotels, so it gave you the feeling you chose the wrong place to stay when being from the outside, however the lobby and front desk were neatly decorated and clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and our room exceeded our expectations. The family room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family of 5 having two queens and a twin to sleep on, not a sofabed. I would stay here again because you have a true spacious family room! Breakfast was fresh, we were provided a lot of choices of bread based products like toast, bagels & cereal BUT my kids were happy and I got my hot morning coffee. I appreciated the value of being able to keep my family together in one room for an affordable price and it was better than I expected.

When a hotel says breakfast is offered, usually I assume that means at minimum reconstituted scrambled eggs and microwaved sausage links might be provided, something more than just bagels, toast, fruit & pastries. My husband and I have to watch our sugar/carb intake like someone who's diabetic, so we were unfortunately limited to just coffee BUT I appreciated the complimentary breakfast for the rest of the family regardless, it held them over until lunch.

I liked that we could get a room on the first floor. The pool was open and clean. The front desk people were super friendly and nice. Breakfast was great. Good options.

The beds are a little stiff. Hard on my back other then that it was perfect.

The property was close to the boarder so we were able to enjoy Niagara Falls from the Canadian side.

The breakfast was veryyyyy limited. I understand that it’s a continental breakfast, but there could be more options for sure. Only 2 kinds of cereal (raisin brand and Honey Nut Cheerios) only option was white bread for toast. Apples or bananas. Very bare. I’ve been to several other hotels and their continental breakfast had a lot more options as well as dairy free substitutions. The hotel over all was okay, but definitely needs a face lift and some updates.

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!! FOR US, THE HOTEL WAS VERY GOOD LOCATED, FOR THE THINGS THAT USUALLY PEOPLE GO TO DO IN THIS AREA. THIS IS BECAUSE THERE ARE GOOD AMENITIES ARROUND, AND THE DISTANCE TO THE MIAGARA FALLS PARK IS VEY GOOD, AND MAKE SENSE WITH THE BALANCE BUDGET (PRICE) - DISTANCE - AMENITIES. THE ROOMS ARE VERY GOOD. CLEAN AND COMFY. THEY HAVE A GOOD COFFE FOR MADE, AND ICE, AND VENDING MACHINES IN EACH HOTEL FLOOR. THE PARKING IS BIG, AND SAFE. THE GUY THAT RECEIVED US (I FORGOT HIS NAME) WAS VERY VERY NICE. HE HELPED US WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE NEEDED AND ANSWERED. WITH RECOMENDATIONS OF RESTAURANTS AND ATRACTIONES TOO. I THINK THE HOTEL NEED TO GIVE HIM AN EXTRA "GREAT JOB BONUS", BECAUSE HE MADE OUR EXPERIENCE BETTER THAN AN OTHERS HOTELS LIKE THIS. EXPERIENCE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT THINK FOR TRAVELERS. HE WAS WELL AWARE THAT OUR EXPERIENCE, BOTH IN THE HOTEL AND IN THE CITY AREA, HAD BEEN THE BEST. AT NIGTH ASKED US ABOUT IT. FOR US THE HOTEL (AND THE PEOPLE) EXPERIENCE WAS VERY VERY GOOD!!!!

WE THINK THA THEY HAVE A IMPROVEMENT OPPORTUNITY. IS IN THE BREAKFAST. IS TRUE THAT IS AN ECONOMICAL ACCOMODATION TYPE. BUT IS POSSIBLE, IN THIS SPECIFIC ISSUE, DO THAT BETTER THAN NOW.

The location was perfe t for our needs we were 10 minutes away from Old Fort Niagra. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. We needed some extra towels that were provided by the cleaning staff without questions. The manager of the hotel made my breakfast one morning and helped me repeatedly with the key to our door. Hot water for tea and coffee were available all day and into the night. We had a good stay and will go back again.

There was co fusion upon our arrival as I had changed the dates through your service. Booking.com, the hotel did not know anything about that. But we were able to get iur room anyway. Next time I will call super 8 myself to make any changes in my reservations.

Overall it was a good stay and would book here again. For my parents it was the 3rd :) It is a bit outdated, so it might need some improvements, however it’s more than enough for a short stay. A good value for the money we payed. For us (me &parents) everything was good and had what we needed: large and clean room, decent breakfast (could be more diverse), heat (we were unlucky to catch some rainy and cold days at the Falls) and good services overall. Location: good one, 10-15 min to the Falls and plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Cons: no elevator, so if you have more luggages, it’s kind of hard to carry them on the stairs. We arrived very late at night and the genteleman at the reception helped us carry everything at the first floor. So definately a big star for this. You can also ask the reception upfront for a room on ground floor.

Once previously I arrived with my cousin and our daughters. We reiterated as we had done on our booking that we like ground floor based on the fact that I was recovering from a broken leg, and my cousin has breathing issues due to illness. The staff member tried to give us a second floor room and I said no I’ve asked for ground floor in my messages. The staff member that was checking us in was then rude and said that all old ladies want to have the ground floor because they don’t wanna walk up the stairs. I reiterated that it was for physical medical reasons where we were then given a ground floor room. I’ve had a bad issue, but really not appropriate for somebody to say.

It was just my husband and myself, and we had a great stay. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We had an issue our first night that the ac in our room didn't work, but I went to speak to the person at the front desk at 6am, and he immediately gave us a new room, and even went so far as to make sure it was close by so we wouldn't have to move too far, and he went and turned on the ac for us ahead of us getting there so it would be nice and cool. We were greeted warmly every time we saw a staff member, and we joked and had nice conversations. Breakfast was great. It's not a huge over the top thing, but there was a good selection and the waffles are soo good (and it was all open like half an hour early for early risers like us). Everything was clean and in good working order. It's a great location, with the major attractions (the Niagra Falls National Park, the Aquarium of Niagra, etc) all 11 minutes away, and a lot of stores, great restaurants (Duffs, Dennys, Tim Hortons, Buffet, Fuji Grill, basically any cuisine you want), and a movie theatre within 5 minutes travel. You can find literally anything you need within minutes.

The only things we didn't love were the beds - were kind of uncomfortable and squeaky. Also the tv doesn't go below 10 for some reason? I like to keep the TV on at a low volume at night to sleep, and it was a little loud. Also, not a real issue, but beware that the snack machine doesn't take cards lol.

The location is good. 12 minutes drive to Niagara Falls state park. A lot of shopping and restaurants around, very close to highways. Service at the front desk is great.

The hotel rooms have a smell and it is average comfortable. For two nights was ok for us. Also, the breakfast is just coffee and beagles or toasted bread, and cereal. So do not expect a huge meal.

At check in, John was very informative and helpful. Not only did he tell us about the area, he gave us tips for the falls (where to park, best times to go), a map with some written directions so we could get our bearings, as well as the times for fireworks and illumination. He also gave us info on the pool and the towel situation. He was super friendly and helpful!

Breakfast was a little crazy, but nothing you can do about that, it seemed everyone was down there at the same time so we just turned around.
