Breakfast was better than most continental breakfasts. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and helpful. The size of the room was above average and the AC was glorious.

Having to pay for parking was unfortunate. I get if you're not staying at the hotel and you had to pay, but making guests pay the same price made me sad.

Lovely hotel, super clean and modern. The room was very spacious and cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. The snacks and free coffee in the lobby were a nice touch. Excellent location as well within Hamilton - within walking distance of a mall and a cute market.

The elevators were super slow and one was almost always not working every day - I sometimes had to wait 15 minutes for the elevator. Cleaning staff also didn't have a separate elevator so during peak hours it took even longer to get around. Parking was also very expensive so anyone picking us up could only wait downstairs for 10 minutes.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in on a business trip. The staff are happy and smile. It was spotlessly clean. Great location for me, with amazing views from my room over the lake. Secure parking, great facilities and a good buffet breakfast available from 6am. So the important question is would I recommend it.........ABSOLUTELY and I would not hesistate in a moment to come back. EXCELLENT HOTEL

Not much to be frank. Maybe the buffet breakfast could have a little more options, but what they did offer was excellent. Maybe some better plates and cutlery.

Property was clean, view was nice, price was reasobable.

The premises are modern and the building has safety procedures which are likely to please guests.

Although the staff was helpful, there was a lack of juice supply during breakfast, which was eventually addressed and corrected by the management. Also, the area where the building is located has a number of homeless people around, so I believe it's not really safe to walk at night, but during the day we walked around and there were no issues.

The staff was friendly, open and helpful all the time. Gym was great, good variety of equipment. We liked the bathroom products in the pump bottles, especially the hand soap and lotion at the sink and the products in the shower - much cleaner and easy to use instead of a messy bar of soap. The restaurant didn't have gluten free bread options and once asked, they brought in a great variety of brown and white bread and bagels the very next day. Underground parking was clean and well lit The scent in the lobby, elevators, stairways and other areas was very pleasing, calming and refreshing The cleaning staff did a great job with cleaning our room every day, and they were very friendly and detailed.

The breakfast was very good, and the eggs were always done nicely. We liked the offerings of nuts, seeds and dried fruits available near the hot cereal area. There could be a few more fresh fruit options - they had oranges and apples and sometimes bananas.

The staff was the star of our stay. They were are very friendly, especially John on reception. we also liked the room, it was spacious. The breakfast was okay, not too many options, but for the value of the money paid, it was a decent breakfast

The one main thing we did not like during our stay is the bathroom shower in the room. The water pressure wasn't the best and it could have been better over all

Great hotel in the heart of Hamilton. Close to so many amenities. Room was not only spacious, comfortable and clean, but it was a corner room on the tenth floor with floor to ceiling windows on two walls that offered incredible views of the escarpment as well as the Burlington Skyway bridge. Breakfast and dinning room was excellent! Underground parking was extra, however very convenient with elevators to the rooms.

I requested for a kettle ahead but none was provided and the idea of coming down stairs all the time to fill my water bottle i dont like that . It will be ok if they have the fountain on each floor and they should have at least few bottled waters in rooms .

The bed was comfortable, the TV set was as big as one would have at home, the carpet was soft, it was clean, warm and cosy. Good service at the breakfast. Location was nice, close to few good dinners.

The shower handle is fixed, could not raise shades in the room. Perhaps didn't understand how it is supposed to be done. Didn't like extra charge of 50CA$ at the check in time, though I've paid the logging fully in advance. However, got this back day or two latter.
