Beautiful place, feels very secure. Great rooms, great service. I always stay here when I'm in town and will absolutely continue to do so

A couple of standard room amenities was not present in the room. Most got solved, but the one that surprisingly unable to be solved i was able to utilize my own stuff to make it work.

It was to bad there was no breakfast that would os been the icing on the cake but there was at least a toaster downstairs to make toast for breakfast there was a coffee maker in the room but no tea or coffee that was a little disappointing as well other then that it was a nice very comfortable place to stay

For the area waa rather quiet n had comfortable nights sleep and just enjoyed time away as adults since we have 5 children so was nice to havw alone rime

The spa syite i booked waant the one shown in tbe picture. Also the jets didnt work. The website also indicates toue location has a pool which is part of rhe reason i booked there for Was disappointed to find our there is no pool

room was clean & Spacious

TV worked on a fire stick, which was not given to us at time of check in, then when we did get it it needed a passcde to access it, which we were not told. perhaps write the user name & pass code on the pouch that the firestick is kept in. Also delete other peoples username off the firestick after they check out, I believe there were 4 choices on the firestick we had. Bathroom plug in was not working. No cups or glasses in the room, we had to ask for those as well.

It was easily accessible via Hamilton transit and within walking distance of the GO, made it very easy to find and plan travel around. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that Netflix and Prime were options on the TV, provided a variety of viewing options for the evening.

the continental breakfast that was advertised was closed, and there was only coffee available in the room itself. a couple of teabags included with the coffee would have been nice. I also found the in room refrigerator to be quite loud.

They keep the hotel door locked and open for anyone who is is a paying guest only. The window facing the Main Street is very loud but once the fan is on its more peaceful

The room wasn’t cleaned great. Wall have probably never been wiped in years. The tv didn’t work and shower hat no pressure.

Was perfect everything and staff was so friendly too. There were the guy under the name SAM at the fronkdesk is so helpful. We would like to stay again in this hotel😊

There is a guy name under SAM. He is so great and helpful nature. I just recommend this place if you want to stay in hamilton. You can choose only premier inn hotel on main Street.

Just need to do clean floor properly.

Great location within central Hamilton. I arrived earlier than expected and the front desk attendant checked me in so that I didn't need to wait, that extra care was well appreciated. The room was to a clean standard, and we had quite a comfortable nights rest. Thank you for the special service provided.
