Beautiful hotel, great location, very clean!

The staff was the only issue. We were staying for a concert, three girls. We went through a lot of towels and facecloths. The staff were very stingy with them when we would ask for more. They would visibly be annoyed when we would ask for more, they’d ask how many we needed we say 4 of each they’d give us two and say you can ask for more later. Once the desk girl asked her coworker a male to get us some and he rolled his eyes. It was just a really jarring experience to have over the use of towel, very weird. Then once the guy brought the towel up with us and came in to take all of our used towels, it almost seemed like they thoguht we were lying or stealing hotel towels. It was just a very rude experience over something so small.

The location of the hotel was fabulous! It was close to Costco and restaurants and other shopping. The parking was nice as there was plenty of space. The front staff was so kind and greeted us with warmth. I loved the fact that they texted us to see if we needed anything and when we had a concern they would text back immediately! The facilities are clean and comfortable. The pool is perfect for families. I love the breakfast area as the breakfast had a lot variety and we could gather there to eat other meals as the living space is large and comfortable! We will definitely be coming back to this location when we visit Markham!!!!!! Thank you for making customer service a priority!!

My mom passed. Last 7 times I stayed here for visits as I live 6 hrs away. Staff has become family. They all asked for updates and even one staff member offered me a personal blanket for nights I slept at nursing home. I needed to extend my stay and was not an issue. Wow. What an amazing team! Everyone here is amazing from front desk to maintenance to the kitchen staff. I will be back a few more times and back to this location. Gold star!!!

The room was very spacious and clean! Reception staff were professional and welcoming. The icing on the cake though was the cleaning lady in the hallway when we were leaving. She was down the hall a ways from our room but when she saw we were leaving she came up to us with the biggest smile to say goodbye and said thanks for staying. Never had this before in any hotel that I have stayed at. She should be commended!

The Hotel accomodated our request for adjoining rooms as we were travelling with our granddaughter, daughter and son in law. It allowed us to help out when needed. Beds were very comfortable and room was very clean. The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good, hot and a great selection. Hotel is just off the 407 so very handy for us. Hubby said best breakfast he's had at a hotel.

The room is spacious and clean. The personnel are very helpful and friendly. Parking is a very nice thing to have. As a hint I'd you want to go to Toronto downtown and If you are traveling with a car it is better to start your journey from Leslie station on the red line. You can park your car there for 7 Dollars a day

The breakfast was not designed for people of other Faith. Mixing baken with potatoes and eggs makes it difficult for us since we don't eat pork and also we don't eat sweets in breakfast

Great location, very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast area and dining was very nice. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Liked that there wasn’t carpet. Floors were very clean. Would stay there again.

Hot water in the shower was non-existent, even after 10min waiting and washing in the cold. There was hot water in the sink taps the next morning. Perhaps this is a 6th floor issue. Pillows could use a change out.

Pool was great, it was very warm and the room it was in was nice and warm with chairs for anyone not swimming. Breakfast was great with make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, and all the other usual breakfast fair. Room was spacious. We really enjoyed our time here.

The only thing I can think of is the bed and pillows weren't the best for us but we like our pillows we use at home. It was fine for one nights sleep.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I stayed for a whole week with no issues. The location is quite good for amenities and as a tourist to visit places.

It would be good if the bathroom have room spray, given there is no windows. Also the bath spray wasn't that great

Check-in went smoothly. Room layout was unique and everything was clean and in working order. For the most part it was quiet other than in the hallway once or twice. Breakfast was great and we appreciated how late it runs. One of the most comfortable hotel stays I've had in a while, thank you.

Parking lot was super icy and a bit awkward to navigate. The front lot fills up quickly so we had to park in the back. It seemed secure. But it can be difficult to tell which spots are for which hotel in the front.
