Facilities were very nice and modern. It was nice having a small bar in the hotel and the bartender was very friendly. The signs in the elevator indicating expected busiest and quietest times for breakfast were a nice surprise (first time I have seen that in a hotel). Parking was convenient. Room was quiet. Breakfast was decent. Regular room cleaning/refreshing (stayed 4 nights and bed was made and room tidied every day).

Minor quibbles only. Layout of breakfast area could be a little better - having the toaster oven right in the middle causes a bit of traffic jam as people wait for their toasted bread or bagels. Also, checked out online, thinking that I would get an emailed receipt but never got one.

Great location but there’s no transportation between the Canadian Tire Centre and the hotel. You can’t walk, the bus doesn’t go that way and taxi drivers won’t take you because the fare is too short. So, arrange for that madness ahead of time. We finally found a kind uber driver. This doesn’t have any impact on the actual hotel, unless you’re heading there and thinking it’s easy to get back. Otherwise the pool was nice, the rooms were spotless and quiet - the staff were AMAZING. Kitchen staff and checkin staff were so friendly we would absolutely return here. It’s nice to walk to Starbucks and McDonald’s too :)

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. I especially loved the easy access to the pool and jacuzzi, which made for a relaxing experience. The view from my room was beautiful, adding to the overall enjoyment. The room itself was spacious, clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

While I really enjoyed my stay, there were a couple of things I noticed that could be improved. The desk lamp in my room flickered all the time, which was a bit distracting. Also, I think it would be helpful if the check-out time could be extended to 1:00 PM instead of 11:00 AM, allowing for a more relaxed departure. Despite these issues, I had a pleasant experience overall and appreciated the amenities the hotel offered.

Clean room, beds and shower. Hot water. Comfy beds. Vegetarian protein in breakfast (egg and beans). Good gym. Quite. Heated pool. We will stay again if prices are lowered.

Not a single vegtable for breakfast, all is white carbs and protein (egg, sugar infused beans, pork/turkey sausages, sugary yogurts). Nothing has nutritional values. No hard pillow option in room, only soft ones. Expensive for what you get and for the location. Prices should be lowered.

The breakfast was good. We ate the breakfast all the days we were there. It was the same every day but good value with a combination of hot and cold items such as eggs, hashbrowns and sausages plus cereals, bread, english muffins, yogurts and fruit.

I did find it hard to find someone at the desk the few times we went to the desk. They seemed to stay behind the door so one would have to wait or knock on the door.

i really enjoyed the pool and the gym center. and the warm breakfast buffet.

the food at the hotel restaurant was not good. The fries that i ordered were cold, dry and burned. the shrimp and spring roolls were definetly from a frozen box heated in the airfryer. The gentlemen who served me was very nice and offered to re-do my french fries... but to pay 50$ for frozen food was a disappointment. I was not expecting that from a hotel.

It is a brand new hotel and everything was super clean and breakfast was with lots of choices. The people who worked there were so nice and helpful. Our kids had the best time splashing around in the pool and jacuzzi almost every day! We even had a surprise problem that meant we had to leave later than planned, but the staff was so understanding and helped us out. I recommend this hotel to everyone especially if you're bringing the kids!

We stayed there for 4 nights. There is ample parking in front of the hotel (though for some reason they dislike big trucks). The room was exceptionally clean and tidy. The beds were very comfortable and we slept very well for all the nights. The bathroom facilities were all great too. The breakfast was included and it was usual (cereals, scrambled egg, beans, sausage, juices and bread/bagels along with tea, coffee & juices). Ottawa is a lovely city and we were able to explore it well from the hotel. The wifi is free and open. At check-in, they provide a code that you can use to log-in. There was a swimming pool and gym available though I didn't use these. The pool was open and I saw other people using it. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we will choose it again.

Staff was exceptional. Accommodations were spotless.

Some very drunk, loud guests, drinking and tailgating in parking lot. This should not be allowed on your grounds. If you allow rowdy teenage teams and their parents to stay at the Hotel, make sure it's the staff that control the noise levels outside and inside the property and not rely on customers to have to complain at 3/4 in the morning to make it stop. By then it's too late

We enjoyed the pool area very much, the opening hours are perfect for families with toddlers as well. The gym is well equipped. Staff at the kitchen bar were always very friendly.

Breakfast could be better. The hot, salted breakfast options were always the same. And no hot chocolate. Staff could be more welcoming (smile) at the front desk.
