I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I celebrated my birthday in one of their rooms, and it was such a wonderful experience. My friends came over, and we had an amazing time — everything was perfect. The hotel is truly one of the best I’ve ever been to. I’m so thankful to the staff for accommodating all my requests and helping make my birthday both memorable and convenient for everyone. Highly recommended!

The location is outside the center of St. Catharines, just across the street from Brock University which I liked a lot. There is a large free parking just outside the hotel and a beautiful park nearby. The hotel inside is full of light and nicely furnished, and rooms are spacious, with separate zones for sleep and work. Spacious, clean, and comfortable restaurant. We liked the food.

On reception when I was checking in, there was no option for wireless payment with Apple Wallet, so, I had trouble with finding my credit card PIN code. On some days, only continental breakfast is served.

Convenient location near Canada Games centre, restaurants and gas stations. Love the layout of the suites.

The rooms aren’t being kept up properly and attention is needed: all the flooring had visible signs of wear, bathroom fan didn’t work, bathroom counter needs caulking, doors stick, etc. The price is high given the condition of the rooms and the fact there was no housekeeping for our 3 night stay.

The front desk got very busy when I arrived and other staff jumped in to assist. As a female travelling alone this time, I appreciated the respectful and private way my check-in was handled. Keeping my room number confidential and asking if I needed 1 or 2 cards very quietly.

Air Conditioning was a bit finicky and kept shutting off in the night so I woke up a few times feeling warm and dry.

The location is perfect if you are visiting Brock University (which is why we chose it). We had a suite and it was perfect for our family. The suite was very clean and comfortable. The Breakfast was very very good. The first morning it was a buffet and the second morning there was no buffet and it we ordered from a limited but very good menu. We did not use the pool or fitness facilities but we did check them out and they seemed very clean as well. Parking is super easy.

Just a couple of small things - there was only 1 remote for 2 televisions so it made it rather inconvenient to watch tv in both the bedroom and sitting room - wasn't a big deal for us but could be for others. Also, we had requested more coffee cups (as we had somehow missed getting our room serviced), and the cups were never delivered. We believe the hotel may have been a little short-staffed as we waited a long time to check in, and the restaurant was closed for the first evening due to not having staff available. Not a lot of places to eat nearby (except McD's and Timmies).

This was our 2nd stay at the hotel and we were happy to receive the same (or very similar) suite as last time we booked. This hotel is almost across the road from Brock University which is what we needed. When we can find a good price we will always book here. The suites are well-appointed and very clean, modern and spacious.

I cannot think of anything I didn't like with this stay.

Comfortable, rooms and beds plenty of space we were upgraded to a suite so have a living room and bedroom separate. 2 TVs so you could put kids to bed and still stay up.

It is an old hotel and could have been a little cleaner in the bathroom. Coffee pot had some scale but there was free coffee downstairs. The pool was small but not busy we went.

Everything about the hotel and its environmental settings. The breakfast must be improved as the content is relatively shallow. It is one of the cleanest hotels i have come across.

I was made to make deposit authorization for incidentals, which we didn't get to expense all and so I am waiting for refund into my account.

The suite was nicely designed and worked for what we needed. There was a pool.

There was a hockey team there that did not respect the other patrons. They sat in the hall, talking extremely loudly, letting their kids (8-10 yr olds) run around the halls, the stairs and use the elevator. The pool needs an update. It looked dirty/old.

Room was great, bed was comfortable. Loved the automated shades and blinds. Room set up was amazing.

1 old washing machine for an entire hotel? Breakfast was not good French toast was cold, eggs were tasteless and cooked from a bag. Bacon was only barely fully cooked. Expensive for what is served would not recommend.
