This was our first visit to Korea and thanks to this hotel it was the best. We were amazed by the staff's reverent attitude to work, to guests and to the naked cat, which was a key factor. The hotel is very clean, the bathroom was clean, all the drains worked well. The cleaning of the rooms is top notch The staff was friendly, answered any questions, very polite, from the reception to the housekeeping team. Our cat was provided with a cat bed, diapers and a litter box for the duration of her stay at the hotel. The soundproofing in the rooms is good. We were extremely comfortable. All the equipment, air conditioning, gym worked perfectly and without any problems or hitches breakfasts are very varied and tasty, there is an opportunity to wash clothes for an additional fee the location of the hotel is the best, this is the best area possible. I think that 3 stars for a resort is not enough. This is at least 4 stars and we give the highest rating to the hotel

Everything was perfect

-Most of the receptionists speak above-average English with American accent, whereas the reservation department people (on emails) cannot convey messages clearly due to poor English. -Jacqueline at the reception is extremely helpful and friendly. The lady manager is even eager to help!! -The street in front of the hotel is spacious. -The toilet+shower is very small but very sufficient in all respects. It's very functional! -The room is provided with illy coffee with creamer and sweetener, fantastic! -Fully carpeted room, very comfy and clean! -Rooms are not as big as Sotetsu's but they are functional. -The rooms are full-height glazed. -The gym is 24 hours.

-The corridor is unnecessarily dark so if you drop anything, use a flashlight! -The windows can not be opened. When you need some fresh air, go downstairs! -The air-con is difficult to master. It got so hot that I had to wake up in the middle of the night. But the window glasses cannot be opened. I had to take off my clothes. -There is no cafe or restaurant. There is only a take-away food counter! (The outdoor seating area is closed in winter) -The toilet seat is not heated so it can be cold for some people in the winter.

Spacious room, very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The bathroom is nice and clean and good shower. Very close to bus stops and close commute to coex mall (20 min walk) and lotte world adventure (30 min bus). Airport shuttle just outside too

The room was loud, I was on the traffic side and there was loud cars and road works all night. The rooms are not sound proof, could hear above and beside me stomping and yelling in their rooms

We had the best cleaner for our hotel room in level 5. She was absolutely wonderful and kept our room in a tip top shape. Kudos to ajumma for a very wonderful stay! We absolutely loved the laundry facilities. It is nice to have freshly laundered clothes when you have been travelling for a few weeks. We must also praise the reception staff for being accommodating. We were stuck at the COEX Mall during the small fire a few weeks ago, and we were a little bit late to check out. Thank you so much for understanding.

The price for the location was very competitive. Couple this with the comfortable room, breakfast with good variety, and the helpful and welcoming staff, my stay was enjoyable. The hotel is a comfortable walk to the COEX conference center and mall in Gangnam. There are some restaurants nearby that cater to locals (ask reception) and offer very affordable and filling meals. If you're looking for more tourist attractions, Gangnam might not be the best option but if you're here for business and/or don't mind taking Ubers to Itaewon or other districts north of the river, it's a good option. The breakfast was just above average in terms of value. Good variety, good quality ingredients, and a very attentive staff. I never left feeling unsatisfied and specifically enjoyed the rice, fried eggs, salad options, yogurt, fruit (e.g., pineapple, orange slices), and mini-waffles.

The dinner at the restaurant was quite expensive. I ordered the pepperoni pizza and had a drink along with it. I spent a bit more than I would've liked to but I figure most people (i.e., non-Americans) aren't going to eat an entire pepperoni pizza by themselves. So, split amongst two individuals, this price isn't terrible - but there are cheaper options outside the hotel. The biggest, most noticeable issue with this hotel was the elevator. I was on the highest floor and the elevator was significantly slower than most in our modern age. This is a very small thing, but it was noticeable enough to mention.

Great location with a walking distance to a lot of popular places in Gangnam. Beautiful view from the room and a convenience store next door.

This property was amazing. Truly luxurious! I loved the room so much it was hard to leave in the morning. The bed and pillows were so soft. The shower was beautiful and the water pressure was hard. I took so many selfies in the sink area due to how nice it was. The view was the street and i enjoyed people watching. Its within walking distance of the Coex Mall and many restaurants. The staff were all so kind and helpful. They suggested places for me to eat and even gave me directions. The elevator offered security by requiring guests to scan their keycard to go up to their floor. Worth every penny! Definitely the nicest hotel ive ever stayed at and will definitely be seeking out other locations when I travel.

I truly enjoyed everything.

Nice bed, great shower, clean room. Nice, friendly and helpful staff, good location, not many eateries really close by, but a short travel by buses will bring you to COEX Mall, with many selection of restaurant. Travel a little bit further, get you to Gangnam's great food district.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and was pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Location was very good and real selling point for this hotel. Walking distance to Coex Mall, restaurants, bars and metro stations. Bed was one of the comfiest I’ve slept in across all my travels; bravo! Staff very pleasant also.

A little disappointed with the hotel bar; very little choice but with so much within walking distance I guess this isn’t enough to put you off really.

The view of the river and city beyond was lovely. The air conditioning worked well, shower was good and the bed comfy. The iron and ironing board is always welcome (and the iron actually worked well). Water bottles were replenished daily.

There were only two choices of tea bags, black tea and chamomile. Instant coffee instead of coffee machine as in the photos. There were some very strange, high pitched noises at a regular intervals throughout the night that I couldn't figure out where they were coming from.
