The location was great if you had business within the Belen area as it makes it accessible. Also a few minutes to the airport. It is across the road from a few eateries. The establishment was very clean! Also very easy to get taxi and uber because of the location.

Tea and coffee facilitis were in the reception area. The breakfast was too simple - eggs, pinto and fruit. Every single day, no variety. Fine if you are there for just a day, but not ideal when you are there for a few days as I was.

I arrived very early in the morning due to a flight delay and the person who was working nights had everything ready so I did not have to wait very long. The breakfast was good and also the check out time of 1pm was good too as often it is 10am

In the bathroom the person who cleaned it forgot to leave any full size towels and I only had hand towels not the end of the world but a small irritation. Also the airport pick up was not available at the time I arrived 2am in the morning so had to take an Uber but again not the end of the world.

The staff was extremely friendly. We requested for a change of room and the check in receptionist, Victoria, not only agreed but also came us to the other room so we can see if we are satisfied with what she is offering as an alternate. We also had good experiences with other staff, such as Jonathan and others. It took us about 20 mins to get to the airport at around 9am. I liked the papaya yogurt that was served at breakfast. Other breakfast items included scrambled eggs, Mexican rice and beans, fresh fruits, strawberry yogurt, papaya yogurt, cereals, granola, coffee, white and brown bread slices and rolls

The iron in the room didn't work. There was also no exhaust fan in the bathroom

This is a good, basic hotel for an overnight stay. Our room was quiet. There are a string of restaurants across the street plus a small store in a business building.

We chose the hotel because the web stated “airport shuttle”. There was no airport shuttle. They definitely need to clarify that on the website. We spent over an hour at the airport looking for and waiting for a nonexistent airport shuttle. Ended up taking a taxi for about $20 US.

We had a late night flight arrival and needed a place to stay for an early departure the next day. The location was convenient to the airport and car rental. The room was very basic but we were not looking for anything fancy. Even though it was a basic room it was clean and everything we needed. We had a breakfast that was included with the room. There were several hot options for breakfast.

The room is clean, the lobby has a vending machine for drinks and cookies, one small bottle of water is free in the room, all furniture is in good condition, air conditioning in the room, breakfast is good. Quiet in the room, except that at 5 am we could hear the chairs being moved in the room from above. Bed was comfortable

the air conditioner is a bit old, missing small things like a glass in the bath, the shower was a bit small, the room overall looks a lot smaller than in the photos

The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful. Breakfast is simple but good and included with the room. They also offer a good shuttle service to and from the airport.

The location does not have many things to do. There is a McDonald's across the street, that is basically it.

Clean, comfortable room. Early breakfast possible at 6am. Good option for first or last night in Costa Rica. Close to airport and shuttle service.

We booked through Booking.com and had a really hard time arranging the shuttle service. No communication through the platform. Had to call the hotel from abroad.

We booked this last minute after our original hotel proved to not be suitable for us on the last night of our trip. The value for money was exceptional in our opinion, the room was nothing special but it was all we needed for a stay near the airport on the final night of our trip. Breakfast was great too, everything you would expect it to have, and the hotel iteself was nice and clean. We also found the shopping centre across the road really handy.

The entire staff was amazing. The hotel was spotless and the service was above expectations hands down. I will stay at this hotel again. I felt safe and the security and staff was available 24/7 and the Manager was consistently checking to make sure everything was satisfactory... Amazing. Thank you. Don
