I like the scenary view of my room, I would like to thank "Rachelle Anne" from the front desk team, she was very supportive and helpful that made our stay very smooth and full of joy.

Unfortunately the swimming pool was in maintenance most of our stay time , we just enjoy it one day.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Abu Dhabi for business trips, but this one was by far the best in terms of comfort and convenience. The staff were incredibly friendly and respectful, always going above and beyond to solve any issues. Special thanks to Rachele and her colleague Jane, whose exceptional service truly stood out. They ensured every detail was taken care of, making my stay not just pleasant, but memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

Maybe the pool time because they close early at 7pm. We are supposedly there for night swimming since it's summer and its difficult to swim in this scorching hot weather. Hopefully they can extend the pool timing.

Very good facility with good location and nice staff

I was really surprised when i called the housekeeping to bring a spoon for me to take my medication when the housekeeping lady told me that i have to pay 20 Dirhams for getting an empty spoon based on the hotel policy !!!! Very strange behaviour that I didn’t see before in any other hotels , though my stay was in a suit with a kitchen( the whole kitchen with a stove but for a spoon you have to pay extra money!!!!!! I didn’t like this at all actually though it’s a little amount but i felt that it’s not convenient to be done by a famous hotel like Sheraton.

Everything was great. The staff helped with any questions. On the day of arrival, the employees immediately helped with luggage, which was very convenient. Check-in was quite fast and cold drinks were served while waiting. The rooms were very clean and cleaned every day. The internet worked very fast. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. The sea was very close to the hotel, we could reach it on foot in 10 minutes. There were supermarkets and places to eat near the hotel. Thank you for making our stay more comfortable.

The hotel is located very close to downtown, so you don't need to use cabs much if you like walking. Their staff is nice, they upgraded a room for us for free into a bigger option. And the room was cool, one of the bast I have ever had probably and very spacey and comfortable. I also thing that it has a very good value for this price to compare with others.

They have a swimming pull at a roof top, and I think, I can be decorated better. however for a quick refreshment it's ok. There's no smoking spot in their cafe, it would be nice do not brief all that tobacco from other customers.

The staff were just lovely! From the reception desk, to the valet guys, the cleaners...everyone provided such great customer service! Special thanks to Babu, who was cleaning our suite. His attention to our needs and his friendliness were just great!

Unlike other Sheraton hotels I've stayed in, this location is tired and dated and in desperate need of a refresh. We had a family suite, which I chose specifically because it had a kitchen. There is not a single dish, pot, or cutlery of any kind, so it was completely useless for us. This was a HUGE disappointment. There wasn't even a garbage can in the kitchen...really a let down.

This hotel was a fantastic choice for our stay. From the spotless rooms to the incredible breakfast spread, everything was top-notch. The rooftop pool was a delightful oasis, and the staff across all departments—restaurant, housekeeping, pool/gym—were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate, a testament to the housekeeping team's dedication. An outstanding variety and quality of food, truly a highlight of our mornings.

Unfortunately, our arrival experience was a bit stressful. Despite having our passports ready, we were left standing at the reception desk for over 15 minutes without being acknowledged. It felt like we were forgotten, which was frustrating after a long journey. However, it's possible they were dealing with an unusually busy period, and this was just an unfortunate oversight. Despite the initial hiccup at reception, the overall experience at this hotel was overwhelmingly positive. We would happily return and recommend it to others, with the hope that the reception issues are addressed for a smoother arrival process.

Overall great experience except for the lady at the reception who was a bit rude. I had checked with the property while booking if it was ok to check out and keep our luggage in the luggage room for few hrs because they couldn't extend the booking to one more day. However, during check out receptionist mentioned that they couldn't keep our luggage as many people have opted for it. I requested her if any alternate arrangement can be made because I have made no other arrangements based on their prior commitment. She just said sorry I can't help, refusing to check. But then thanks to the other staff Jose, he offered to help and make arrangement for our luggage. Many thanks to this kind man otherwise we would have had to reach the airport 6-7 hrs early.
