Property was up to date and quiet…peaceful

Went to front desk and asked for late checkout…the overnight attendant at the front desk told me it would be $30 cash and I could checkout at 2pm. When I went to the front desk the next morning no one knew about the late checkout and I was told I could only stay until 12 pm. Basically the overnight attendant scammed me out of $30 cash that he clearly pocketed and I would like my money back or something

The location and room is excellent. The staff are super nice. Parking is free. The price is super nice.

No breakfast option and no microwave oven inside the room. The hotel can think about this.

Everything about this stay was very nice. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind and always present. The check-in could not have been easier. Once inside the hotel, it was a pretty good experience.

Although it's close to a lot of places to eat, and a gas station for snacks, bars, and even some entertainment ;) there are a lot of activities around that are too unsavory to be as in plain sight as they are. This is probably not somewhere you want to stay if you have observant kids with you unless you are in and out. But even then...

Very convenient off I-77 and a very quick trip to or from the airport. Comfortable bed, nice room features. It was quiet. Large outdoor pool good for hanging in and around. A good coffee house (Night Swim) was nearby. The light rail is nearby. This hotel room was considerably quieter than the Best Western nearby.

I walked to a restaurant and shopping, but it was not a walkers' paradise by any stretch of the imagination. They warned me the area has been experiencing thefts from parked cars, and they had guards guarding the parking area.

I called ahead because my flight was canceled due to inclement weather. It was 9:30 a.m. in the morning and the front desk person said he could get me into a room sometime mid-morning. When I arrived they were still cleaning rooms but the front desk staff suggested a nearby restaurant for breakfast which was one of the best I've had in my life. They let me store my luggage while I went to the restaurant and when I returned my king suite was ready. Everyone was very kind. The room was quiet and immaculate. I was very pleased with the price range and there was a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel.

Although the shuttle from the airport was free, it was an older slightly dirty van that was used. However, even on an early morning pickup, the van was right on time.

The room was surprisingly large, comfortable and modern for the price. Clean, too! The hotel looks better on the inside than on the outside. The area is in transition, but it felt safe, and there was a nice coffee shop, the Night Swim, and a pickle ball court with a bar and pizza oven nearby - very nice!

The hallways are a bit run-down. Also the A/C cannot be changed in any way in room 420, so we had to change rooms, because of too much cold air at full blast. The second room was fine, and we could turn off the A/C or lower it as needed.

the shower was nice that’s pretty much all.

it was in the HOOD , drug dealers, prostitutes everywhere. our room had ALOT of stains. the house keeper did not change the sheets on the road. i honestly feel like she just made the bed nothing was changed at all.

I really loved my stay at the Radisson - everything went absolutely smooth from the shuttle pick up, to check in and all the way through to check out. The staff was great and very friendly. The room was just perfect for an overnight stay - very comfortable, quiet and with everything possible amenity needed.

The property is actually great. Unfortunately there is not much around in terms of restaurants, etc

It was OK. The woman at the front desk promptly changed my room upon informing her that the TV wasn't working properly. Bed was soft. Was pretty quiet.

I found it very odd that no drinking water was provided in the room despite the presence of a coffee maker. Are people supposed to bring their own water? Would be very nice and, well, much more "normal," if at least a couple bottles of water were put in the fridge for customers to drink after arrival, etc. Also the shuttle was late picking us up due to an accident. Although understandable, such issues should be communicated to customers ASAP, instead of forcing them to figure it out on their own.

The purpose of my stay was to catch a flight early the next day. I picked this hotel for several reasons. The price, the location and the parking. Wasn't far from the airport. Never stayed at a Radisson before. Very nice, clean and comfy. Wonderful staff member that checked me in that evening. I would definitely stay again.

The sink in the bathroom was running slow. Was offered another room but declined.
