I love the location, friendly staff, cleanliness, and tge hit breakfast.

I would like to have a breakfast meat option and at least a hashbrown patty.

We found the bed extremely comfortable. The crisp white sheets had a wonderful feel. The room was updated, modern and sleek. The bathroom was spacious and modern. The Staff was friendly and welcoming and responded to text messaging thru the Booking.com app. quickly. The breakfast would have been better if only there was 1 or 2 additional waffle makers and if there was more direction on the need to microwave the bacon and eggs. All the guest were eating cold bacon and eggs, not knowing we were to microwave them to heat them.

Lack of information in the breakfast area explaining the need to microwave the food yourself, and the location of the hidden microwave. There were 2 young ladies maning the area, yet no one said a thing about needing to heat the food yourself. The guest in the room were all complaining about the cold bacon and eggs. Otherwise, breakfast would have been wonderful.

Room clean and big

Charged for room twice and security deposit. Both were returned promptly but believe a 480 hold from a 190 bill is to keep rift raft out.

Loved our stay, would say that the bathtubs are peeling a tad bit but overall they still function well.

Very friendly staff, clean facility. Located close to shopping and restaurants. Cracked barrel steps away. Breakfast was big but was satisfying. Eggs, bacon waffle maker, bagels, cereal. Hot coffee is always available. The pool was really nice. And oh my gish, it's such a heavnly scent when you enter. I wish I could buy whatever they spayed, it smelled so good.

The only thing that was a little nag was the height of the beds. M6 mom is disabled so it was a little hard for her to climb in the bed without support. However, they do have foot stools available. We just didn't know until we mentioned it at check out. Something to improve on is letting guest know about the height and availability of the step stools.

Location was a plus for us

Staff was wonderful, breakfast was nice, room was clean and updated. We only stayed one night but out daughter goes to school in Lakeland so we will be back!!

We were in the room right next to the gym and someone was working out amd dropping weights on the ground. That was loud but it was after we were awake for the day so it was fine. We never could get the TV to sink to our cell phone to watch our streaming devices, which was not great but not a big enough issue to report to staff.

It was so clean and fresh. The staff were nice and informative! The overall atmosphere was so peaceful. Oh, the smoking section was relaxing.

The one elevator was a little shocking although the facility is on the smaller size. The wait time was a little long. The breakfast area got a little crowded so we skipped breakfast, but the food looked good.

3rd stay. Each time is great. Clean, everything working and smelling great.

The computer system charged me twice for one night, plus an additional $55. One night charge fell off in the morning but the $55 extra charge did not.
