Location is a 10!! But wait, there's more. Even though everything is a short walk, everything you need is probably on the premises. The restaurant is fantastic. There's a pool and hot tub on the roof and if the beach is your destination. They have towls and chairs for your convenience (free of charge) My daughter and I loved this stopnon our Florida tour, and im sure you will too

This has nothing to do with the hotel. it's a knock against the Miami beach area itself. All restaurants add a 20% service fee (tip) to your bill and then expect you to tip on top of that

The size of the room and location was great. The staff seemed friendly. TV in our room was big.

We booked this hotel because there was a sentence in the description that we will receive beach chair and towels near the beach. Apparently they give you super uncomfortable fishing chair and towel in the reception and then you go to the beach by yourself with that chair. No sun umbrella. The pool was not deep enough to swim properly for an adult. There was not enough of hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. One drower in the closet was broken. There was complimentary coffee in the room, but no tea. I don't drink coffee, so what I suppose to do?

My husband and I stayed there for our first trip to Miami and the hotel staff and atmosphere made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our King Suite was spacious and beautiful with a very comfortable bed. The extra amenities like pool robes and beach supplies were also appreciated. As for the rooftop, it's absolutely gorgeous (especially at sunset) with a great pool and a hot tub area. Everything was clean and well-maintained. There's also plenty of roof space for everyone to spread out and relax. The location of the hotel was also perfect for us. It's one block from buses, free trolleys, citibike, Lummus park/ ocean ave. I can go on and on. The cherry on top was the staff. All were warm, friendly and helpful. We would definitely go back!

I'm not a fan of the restaurant. I like traditional American breakfast but that's just my personal preference. The area has options though. If you're like me, stock up at Trader's Joe's or Flamingo Supermarket for fruits, yogurt, drinks, and go around the corner to Washington Ave to Denny's or the deli with a grill for breakfast like eggs, bacon, and pancakes.

By far the best feature of this hotel is the staff. They are warm and helpful and made us feel so welcome. The hotel is clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was a lovely European coffee maker that wonderful coffee.

Unfortunately while there was major tile work being done around the hot tub and then on the pool deck. It was very loud while we were next to the pool. But it was only temporary

The hotel is brand new. Everything is new, fresh and clean. Location is perfect: close to all the restaurants, to all the action, 4 min walk to the beach. Our room had a little kitchen with a fridge, microwave, dishes, coffee machine and a sink. Very convenient. The pool at the rooftop is amazing too! Loved our experience with the hotel.

The property is newly refurbished, with very nice and designed interior. The location is perfect in art deco, on Collins avenue, walking distance to restaurants and bars. The room was spacious, also bathroom, nicely designed. We love it. The service was excellent. Staff were super helpful and friendly. We like it a lot that the hotel has free sun beds for the beach. We booked a hotel with breakfast. Breakfast was served at the restaurant next door - Blue Lavender. We really love the breakfast, they served only healthy options: açaí bowl, home made gluten free bread, lactose free yogurt, so many vegan options as well, freshly squeezed juices. We love the hotel and will definitely return. This hotel is much above 4 stars hotels.

All was excellent

Plenty of room in the suite, which was very nice. Also the staff was wonderful.

The air filter needed to be changed in my room, per the unit on the wall's notification and it did have a strange smell in the room.

Location was fantastic, beach across the street, lots of restaurants within walking distance (the sandwhicherie is amazing) and the staff was fantastic. Hotel was very clean and the rooms were great. Cleaning staff did a great job and were very helpful if you need anything (extra towels, coffee etc). Rooftop patio was excellent and the lounge chairs and seating areas were very comfortable. Hotel gym was pretty good. Sitting in front outside on the chairs in the evening was great to people watch, enjoy a beverage and watch some high end cars as they drive down A1A. Rooms were very spacious and the layout was fantastic for a family of four.

They needed a water cooler in the gym, lobby and rooftop patio with ice machines which ironically enough were just showing up as we were leaving (not sure where they were being placed). Pool wasn't heated and so was a bit chilly to get in. Too bad they can't keep the rooftop patio open after sunset as would be a great place to sit in the evening although I understand the liability surrounding the pool etc. But they might want to look into having that area staffed in the evening hours.

Spacious, clean & quiet room. Very friendly & helpful staff. Special thanks also to Orlando for being always very helpful and making sure our stay was very comfortable!

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at the Nassau hotel. We took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner, check out beautiful beaches , and have a bike ride next to the ocean drive.It was great. Service top notch as always. Every staff member I encountered, from the door clerk to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Mercedes could speak a fluent Italian and this was a special surprise. The breakfast was prepared with organic ingredients and was delicious Thank you!
