It could have been better .Sailas was not welcoming even suggested me and my guest visit another hotel. Hung up the phone twice in the middle of conversation and just made me very uncomfortable having to interact with him moving forward. He was EXTREMELY RUDE. Another host tried to step in and he refused to help make our stay better. It was a deliberate attack. But the rest of the staff were terrifically amazing. Owen helped a lot the women were welcoming it was ONLY Sailas that altered my review. He even spelled his name very nonchalantly. He shouldn't be interacting with guest. He may be great for the kitchen. I would say my experience was a 5star all around but Sailas .. NO. and I'm not hard to deal with. I get along pretty good with others . Especially on vacation.

Staff incredibly helpful and friendly. Great bed and room; good facilities; quiet sitting outside over lagoon. Pool and gym were great.

Shuttle bus from airport needs booking when you arrive (weren't advised of this); Booking.com messaging services did not work so no messages got through including emails. There are no bars / restaurants nearby (but shuttle will take you to some)

The hotel was very clean and the pool area was lovely. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. The shuttles were excellent! The drivers were so fun and friendly, and they would take us anywhere within a 3 mile radius. The hotel is very conveniently located.

We weren't told there was construction going on, and there was a lot of it. For that inconvenience, I think a bit of a discount would have been nice. Instead, we had to pay for our own continental breakfast. The online pics need to be updated. The rooms look nothing like the pics.

The hotel was very clean. The staff speak English and I don’t know Spanish very well enough to be able to communicate… they were very polite and very helpful. I needed assistance for international travel and they helped me print my documents. The breakfast time was insane, but only because the hotel was very full. I’m not sure if they offer room service type of service but that would be perfect time for room service especially if the hotel is full. It was so full there wasn’t very many places to sit so I took mine back to my room but the quality of the breakfast was very good and in general I have no complaints about anything. Very clean, popular hotel, so everything I experienced was expected. I love this hotel and will stay again.

I liked everything, it’s a very popular hotel. The breakfast time was very chaotic but only because it’s very popular hotel, so for me that’s not a negative thing, it’s to expected.

Camila was amazing at the front desk. She was so helpful, despite it being busy I checked in in less than 10 minutes. My room was not yet ready and was told I would get a call. When I explained that I couldn't get international calls, Camila offered her Whatsapp which was super helpful. I also was able to change my bags without being rushed while they held my suitcase. Package pick up and check out was easy. Beautiful views of the lagoon. Clean, spacious and affordable. I think I couldn't change the AC temp so that was the only thing. but still was a 10/10.

We liked the spacious lobby which gave more option to enjoy breakfast and we also loved the outside area facing the water. The room was big and comfortable; with everything needed for our stay! The location is very good as it is closed to the airport and the Doral area.

The only complaint we have is that the shower glass door kept on sliding (couldn’t close) and there was no way to keep it closed; due to this, there was a mess with water getting out of the shower; I can’t believe housekeeping has not reported this.

The hotel is really nice and clean, with a very efficient airport shuttle that got us in time for our flight. The rooms are accessible in price, for Miami, and the location is good if you want to stay close to the airport. The rooms are really clean and the beds are super comfortable, with breakfast included, so if you're passing through Miami only for 1 or 2 nights, I highly recommend it. There might be cheaper options, of course, but the price/comfort ratio is quite good with this one.

There wasn't much in my short stay that I disliked. Maybe the breakfast could be more varied, but I didn't have enough time to eat due to my flight departing quite early. A restaurant nearby at walking distance could be a great addition, although you can always call delivery.

We stayed for one night prior to our cruise. We appreciated the staff and ability to call for an airport to hotel shuttle. Check in was easy and the hotel room was comfortable and quiet. We always appreciate the convenience of hotels that offer breakfast. It was your typical eggs, pastries, yogurt and self made pancakes but it was a good way to start the day. There is no restaurant/bar on site or within walking distance but we utilized Uber eats the night before and ate on their patio which overlooked the water. Overall good stay and great staff.

Despite the fact that the property is/was under renovation, it remained a perfect retreat at the end of a hectic week of conferences. The Manager is a man of his word! He made me a promise which he kept and I truly appreciated it. I was deeply touched and grateful for his integrity. As a result, I was able to cancel my road-trip to Orlando during the Easter week and retreat in Miami instead. It was a welcomed relief. Hat's off to all of the Receptionists, they all went above and beyond the call of duty, to ensure that my stay was great. Finally, it would be remisce of me, if I did not mention the Night Female Secuirty Officer who came to my rescue one night to assist me in getting my large and cumbersome packages to my room after hours, and refused to let me tip her for her act of kindness. This was service above self, and I was very humbled by it all.
