We recently stayed in a Deluxe King Room with Ocean View and absolutely loved it! The room was spacious, clean, and modern, with a large walk-in shower that made our stay extra comfortable. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, keeping everything spotless. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of South Beach, just steps from everything. The beach is literally across the street by the Loews Hotel, and we appreciated that beach chairs and towels were included in our stay. The hotel also provides two bottles of water per day per room, which was a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff was warm and pleasant, always greeting us with a smile and making check-in/check-out seamless. Overall, the service matched the quality of the property. Between the prime location, modern and clean rooms, great staff, and thoughtful amenities, our stay was truly enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning to Hyatt Centric South Beach on our next Miami trip!

TV was temperamental, wouldnt turn on then wouldnt turn off. Had to get engineer to come in and reset tv. He told us he has to reset them every 3 days. lucky we only stayed 1 night We tried to get call the reception desk a few times when we were outside but no one picked up/it didnt connect through (this was during the daytime)

Ming was very helpful showed us how to get around and his so friendly it was great interacting with him. Alex was super helpful planned my surprise 50th with my husband attanged a lovely cake for me with the front desk teams help. Thanks Alex for everything! My booking wasn't showing on their system even though I had confirmation and the first mights payment was already taken. Doreen and her manager were very friendly and helped get my reservation sorted out. It's a lovely hotel with great staff members and central to many areas.

The housekeeping was very slow even though I called everyday in advance for my room to be cleaned when we got to our room it wasn't clean and had to keep calling the front desk for faster assistance.

I am confused about my bill. Booking.com charged me $695. I thought it was finel price for 3 nights. Then hotel charged me another $490.20. Nobody was able to explain why do I pay $1185. for 3 nights…

From the doorman to the receptionist to the restaurant service staff, their service was excellent. Each knew how to handle a busy and frazzled customer in a friendly and professional manner, making my whole stay very pleasant. The icing on the cake was when my ride to the airport did not appear at 5:30am, Frantz at the reception was so helpful. He not only managed to get me on an Uber in time, he also communicated with the original ride company and gave me the email to contact to request for a refund. I would definitely stay there again.

The hotel is very centrally located at south beach with only a few minutes walk to the beach or to lincoln road. It had a nice pool and sunbeds to relax on. The room had a good size with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and welcoming.

Had read on some negative reviews that rooms were small. Not so, we had a longish stay and felt rooms were superior to others we have stayed at in same location. Beach access a plus and pool area really pleasant with good exposure to sun. Partnering with local gym to give access a real plus if one likes to keep active on trip away. Yes a few mins walk away but well worth it to have access to good gym equipment.

Wifi was a little iffy but staff always seems to engage with their provider to try to improve situation, often to good effect. Hotel lacks real bar or relaxing sit down area, all in one area of reception/bar/breakfast area is functional but not an attraction for those seeking relaxed, comfort for down time. However, if happy to relax in room or by pool, then this will not detract from stay.

Everything else was great. It's a boutique hotel so doesn't have the large pool or holiday resort atmosphere. But if you're in Miami for work or a very short trip, it's ideal.

Only the overnight parking at over $40 was too expensive. Also they are changing the electronic key system for the rooms so it's a bit chaotic these day or two.

The personnel was amazingly kind, gentle and helpful.

I arrived at 6:10 am and the hotel was closed. There was a message saying that I should call a number and they would come to open the door. I called from 6:15-7:00 with no luck. It was quite troublesome to wait 1 hour at the door after an 8:00 hs flight. Once I got in, the personnel was very kind and they allowed me to do an early check-in with discounted price. In any case, I think there should be other ways to get into the hotel.

Great location! Room was great as well as breakfast! Also a great front desk manager - Harsha was awesome and took care of everything we needed! He was so accommodating and gave us great customer service service! Great overall experience!!
