The breakfast was excellent. Special thanks to DEBRA and ROSE, who did a wonderful job!

Overall, I thought it was a good experience. However, I was not satisfied with the treatment by the receptionists, who came across as dismissive and responded to questions in a manner that felt argumentative rather than explanatory. Another issue we encountered was the lack of clear communication regarding how the breakfast system worked. We were given two coupons for two days, but when we ordered breakfast, there was always confusion about what was included and what wasn’t. The woman taking our order had to call the receptionist for clarification, and we were then asked to sign the receipt for the order. Clear communication from the start about how the system works would have resolved this issue.

The staff always was polite, friendly, and helpful. The grounds were meticulous and tastefully decorated, and the room was clean and comfortable. It appeared that the hotel was new, which it wasn’t, but was well maintained. The hotel is an easy drive to the Orlando Art Museum, Lake Eola Light Show, The Phillips Theater’s Nutcracker Ballet, Daytona Beach and the historic St Augustine. Some of the best Asian restaurants are only a short drive from this Marriott. The area is also in a nice, safe residential area for a leisurely walk.

Quality overall was great. Bed was super comfortable with amazing pillows. Walk-in glass shower was nice and came with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. A/C worked wonders in the hot Florida heat.

Paying $20 a day for parking is pretty dumb, especially with how much im already paying a night to stay here. Other than that, not much else comes to mind.

The place is very clean. The staff was very nice, friendly, communicative, helpful and accommodating. The ease of access was absolutely amazing, and the amenities were much better than what you would find at most hotels. The other guests were also very cheerful and friendly as well. I was truly able to enjoy my leisurely weekend. I especially loved the fact that this hotel allows you to check out at 12 noon.

Hmmm...? I guess if I had to pick, I would say that the breakfast is not included in the cost of the room; it's a separate fee. There are no microwaves in any of the rooms, but there is one downstairs in the market. It's it's really not that big of a deal though. I think that one can be delivered to you, but I don't know how quickly. The primary encouragement is to use the one that is located downstairs. Also, the TV was a little bit hard to maneuver without a channel guide, but again it's really not that big of a deal. I feel so bad because this place is absolutely amazing and I will most definitely be staying here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Both Maria and Alan were very good in the mornings and evenings when we were in the Bistro. Always smiling and making us feel welcome. Please give them both a big thank you from the Iowa group!

wish the shuttle would of had more hours of operation as we did walk to downtown during the day but had to walk back before they started the shuttle at 5PM. There was a rattle in our HVAC unit that needs fixed.Overall, we very much enjpoyed

The hotel is new, in excellent condition, clean, well kept and managed. The staff are all very nice and the bistro is convenient, very good food and beverages. Our room and beds were great, as was the bathroom and shower cabin. We went for a concert, so the free shuttle to the nearby theater was great, saved us from the parking hassles in the theater's small lots.

The location is HORRIBLE! It's in a MLK district and quite noisy. We were hearing very loud motorcycles revving all night and close to 2-3 a.m., also drag racing along N. Magnolia Ave. for hours, which made it quite difficult to go to sleep, even on our top (6th) floor room! Then around 8:30 a.m. there was a very loud parade, blasting horrible garbage "music", mostly low budget loud rap and reggaeton junk. We were trying to sleep in until 10:30 to make up for the terrible night, but to no avail. I'd never go back there, despite how nice the property and staff were. Also, the bistro is very pricey, $42.00 for a breakfast of steel cut oatmeal with syrup and berries, and a quinoa & rice bowl with 2 eggs and spinach, 2 medium coffees- ridiculous.

What an amazing hotel, the layout is just perfect and every detail was on point. From the glass door mini fridge that was super cold, large safe, in room coffee, nicely designed rooms, huge parking lot, friendly house keeping, exit barriers on the car park, nice bar area in the lobby, I will be back. So much better than Hilton down the road.

Great location. Faculty was nice, clean and comfortable. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Great complimentary breakfast.

The food was great for breakfast, but the staff at the counter was not very friendly. We did love the complimentary breakfast coupons.

The food at this Hotel was very good. The Chef, Deborah, was great and the Server, Maria, was "Friendly and accommodating!" Breakfast was available all day and there was several choices on their menu.

The Hotel is located in an "Urban Environment" and the only "Negative" my Wife had, was that there were not a lot of stores in the area, where she could go shopping. I "Loved it!"

It's a shame that I was charged about 20 dolars a night more that the amount of my reservation. I asked why and the lady said it was some kind of fee that would be returned to me after my check out. More than one month after and their final answer is that the amount I paid is correct, that's all taxes so they won't return the extra charged. I don't think this is being serious or honest. When I make a reservation and during the check in, I should know exactly what I am paying for. They can keep the 100 dolars but I will never be a client again.
