Everything was perfect, food was delicious, dinning area was super clean host was was very nice. Tina at the front desk, is awesome!!!!! Hotels need more people like her to make you feel welcome and comfortable as a guest. I defiantly will booked there against made my stay feel welcoming.,she is terrific!!!!!! Oh! And the room was very clean and looked as if it was rennovated.nice and peaceful.

Breakfast is great Oskar is a legend , facilities a great and the rooms were large in size even just king bed double occupency rooms with sofa , tv, coffee machine , ac , mircorwave and fridge included along with the usual stuff iron etc. Check in easy just remember all US hotels will take a holding charge of 50 dollars per night in this case . Take a credit card , we will be staying here again in the future no questions .

Hot Tub could do with a clean and slightly noisy with air traffic in the night , nothing hotel can do about that thats just orlando Towels provided for pool use !! Bonus

Staff were friendly and went out of their way to help . Oscar and JJ especially took great care of us during our stay. I have never seen a human being take so much pride in his job and have as wonderful personality as Oscar. JJ kept us informed about what was going on around town while we were visiting. King room was large , clean, and comfortable as were each part of the hotel. Checked in early was a big plus since we traveled from out of state for an event and had been up since 2AM. Close proximity to football stadium and downtown. Shuttle service was a huge plus. Restaurant on site was convenient and price was comparable to other restaurants.

It would be great to go over at check in all of the important policies , ck in / out times , restaurant hours , shuttle service at ck in, parking fees and even have these printed out to give guests. It was very busy at check in and guest services most likely were trying to get everyone checked in quickly and it was an oversight. Parking on site is 25$ per night ( self parking or more for valet) but most hotels are going to a fee for onsite parking and I’ve even paid more . I was aware of the policy as I checked policies on the website before visiting.

Customer service was excellent, from the parking attendant to the lovely lady at check-in (she upgraded us to a suite when our room didn’t have a king bed as requested) to the bar tender to the gentleman at check-out. Every single one was super friendly. Impressive!

*Our shower head leaked at the connection of the nozzle to the hose. Sprayed all over the bathroom floor through the gap. We didn’t notice until getting out of the shower. Very dangerous. Plus caused bad pressure in the shower head. * the louvred window shades, while cute, allowed barely any natural light and gave the appearance of a jail cell. Made the room very dark. Not a fan. *bathroom door doesn’t close flush, leaves a gap. Doesn’t allow enough privacy when using the toilet. * huge homeless encampment just a couple blocks away. Not much to be done about that… *expensive parking

The staff at the front desk, the restaurant, and the valet were very professional, attentive and kind. The newly renovated rooms are nice. However, the base on the bed is creaky, and the plantation shutters on the windows, although beautiful, are not practical in a hotel as they do not block out the light from outside. We tipped the shutters up and down to try to eliminate as much light as possible to no avail. The proximity to the Kia Center was a big perk. It allowed us to walk to and from a concert.

Very friendly staff, from concerige, reception, breakfast room to housekeeping etc. Very prompt to attend to your requests. I met Bryane, i remember her name because she came to the room to assist with kitchen supplies and went out of her ways to get all i required. Thank you to all the staff i met. Always smiling. My flight was even delayed, and promptly, I rebooked and rechecked into same room. Kudos 👏

The check in was seamless and the staff was attentive and friendly, even going so far to hold the elevator and doors open for you. I also enjoyed the quietness of the hallways, fluffy linens and bedding, extra large flat screen TV inside wall, the lighting/lamps and my view of the lake was beautiful.

Breakfast was overpriced. Prefer a choice to add a continental breakfast, muffin or croissant, crepe or just Ala carte. Self parking could be $9.99 [rather than $21 and valet could be $21.99 rather than $25] Just a suggestion as economy driven.

Very clean and comfortable stay. Free shuttle service is great, we enjoyed our rides, all of the drivers seem very friendly and courteous, and looks like they are enjoying their job too.

Location is in downtown but not many shops or restaurants nearby at a short walking distance. However, the free shuttle service did helped us get through places within DTO.

The location of the property is excellent, facilities at the property are also great. Rooms were perfect, everything was extremely clean and every single staff member we encountered was super helpful. The free shuttle to and from the concert was just the icing on the cake, and kudos to the shuttle drivers who went above and beyond. We will definitely stay at this location again.

Absolutely nothing, this hotel was wonderful

Room was very nice and clean! Pillows were very nice as well! Nice view looking over parts of downtown Orlando!

When we got there we found out that there was a parking fee of $21 per vehicle for each night that you stay. We were really thrilled about that! Also, we went down to the restaurant the next morning for breakfast and we were told we were not on the list to get any? We were told at check in to just go down and get a table :(
