The location is great with free lovely shuttle buses every 15 minutes to Universal theme parks and city walk from 7 am till 11 pm

The hygiene level must be improved as I stayed 11 days the house keeping didn’t change bed sheets till I requested that on the 7th day ! They didn’t clean the suite well as I expected, as they just organized beds and threw the trash can and refreshed the toilet daily with out deep cleaning for surfaces or the floor out of dust or changing bed sheets daily as I used in all hotels I travelled to around the world. But on the good side when I told Cathiern the lovely receptionist she immediately reported to her Manger who had really a fast responded , respectful and helpful.

Damaris at reception was amazing! Generously upgraded our standard room to a 2 bed suite as I was travelling with my partner and my friend and was honestly just so nice to speak to. Lovely first impression. Room was lovely, Aircon was easy to use and the ability to use a fridge and microwave really helped make our experience as a group that tends to have leftovers for later. Shuttle bus was great for universal, only about 10-15mins from resort Amazing value for money if you are on a budget. Nice pool. Starbucks on site

I loved there was a gym but was super basic and lacked any real weight so if you are super into your gym I don’t think it would be majorly adequate. On site restaurant was a tad basic but pricey (not as bad as dockside)

Great value for money, free transportation to the universal parks, lovely pool great for adults and children, pool towels included, quick serve food is great quality and open early to late, Starbucks on site, friendly staff, good size rooms that are modern

Rooms need a deep clean and we’re grimy and dirty I’m some areas, attention to detail needed in the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, stained towels every day, dirty toilet on arrival that appeared uncleaned, dirty floors and dusty surfaces, long waits at check in - often only two people working for a large hotel on average wait 20 mins to speak to someone

Exceptional hotel. Very clean everywhere high standard throughout the hotel including the public toilets. Excellent extensive food court dinning in or takeaway prepared fresh.Great choice. Exceptional friendly service attention to detail from everyone. Daily Room service excellent Plenty of toiletries coffee/drinks station replenished daily in room. Pool area lovely always clean plenty of sun beds & proactive pool attendants underwent training every morning. All staff were extremely helpful. Can’t fault it at all.

Had a family suite, lots of space and quiet room on the 9th floor , staff fantastic. Paid for the drinks cups for our stay which was brilliant as could top up whenever you liked. On site restaurant good quality and we had lunch and dinner there several.times. Handy onsite starbucks for that early morning coffee fix. Good pool area , little shallow but did the job. Excellent location on international drive with ihop and dennys across the road

Clean, friendly and spacious. Rooms cater for those families with 3 kids. It was great to have our own bedroom encapsulated within the hotel room, it felt like a Universal adventure, sharing the day with our kids. Shuttle buses were a piece of cake. Definitely didn’t need a car. Ubers were cheap and plentiful. Great view of the lake and pool. Can’t fault it.

The cost of the food and drink but then we were expecting this. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken for the 7 days we were there. That’s literally it. Everything else was perfect.

This was the second time staying here. Great value, love the location to the parks, friendly staff. It’s not luxurious but clean and the surf theme is cute. Loved the 2 room suite for 4 people. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the bus to universal. The bartenders at the pool were awesome! Great conversations and drinks. I love that you can text housekeeping to tell them what you need and they take care of it. The food in the cafe was yummy. We will come back again.

Would have been nice to have a spa after walking all day at the parks.

The location was brilliant for the Universal parks and restaurants around the area. The added bonus of getting into one of the Universal parks early and regular free transportation to the Universal parks was great. I booked the 2 bedroom suite and it was a good size for my group of 3 people. It was clean with, comfortable beds, with a proper size fridge and housekeeping always doing a good job. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Check-in was easy, and they helped when I wanted to extend my stay with them. I liked they had a Starbucks to grab a morning coffee, and their restaurant offered a variety of fresh dishes made to order. The pool was a good size, with plenty of sunbeds, and it was nice having a bar outside. They have luggage storage which is helpful. I would definitely recommend and will definitely stay there again.

All was brilliant

We've stayed at the Hard Rock and Sapphire falls hotels previously but, because of the location of Endless Summer Surfside, you can walk down I Drive and use the cheaper shops and restaurants. It's miles more cost affective than the other resorts which once your in, your trapped to use there facilities unless you drive everywhere. We hired a car at a cost of £700 but in all honesty we didn't need it because of the Hotels location.

The only downside we occurred was the access gate onto I Drive. They close this at 9pm which is a pain because you have to walk all round the Hotel boundary to get back in. With Walgreens across the road, it's so handy for all your everyday needs.

A short journey to Universal on a free bus and great to have early admission to the parks! We also booked an Uber to take us to Disney, which wasn't too expensive! There are a few restaurants within an easy walk of the hotel on International Drive, but the hotel also has a cafe serving various options. Pool area is nice with plenty of sun loungers and free towels. Staff are really helpful and friendly. An ideal place to stay in Orlando if you are visiting the parks.

The air conditioning in the lobby and on the 3rd floor where our room was located was too cold, I think it was still set at the same temperature for summer even though we visited in November! Some noise in corridor, not hotel's fault, but other guests don't seem to consider being quiet late at night / early morning! Food options at the hotel are limited if you are vegetarian.
