The location is great with free lovely shuttle buses every 15 minutes to Universal theme parks and city walk from 7 am till 11 pm

The hygiene level must be improved as I stayed 11 days the house keeping didn’t change bed sheets till I requested that on the 7th day ! They didn’t clean the suite well as I expected, as they just organized beds and threw the trash can and refreshed the toilet daily with out deep cleaning for surfaces or the floor out of dust or changing bed sheets daily as I used in all hotels I travelled to around the world. But on the good side when I told Cathiern the lovely receptionist she immediately reported to her Manger who had really a fast responded , respectful and helpful.

Great location to getting to Universal Parks with free regular bus service from the hotel. The shuttle bus and hotel staff were all very welcoming and friendly. Pool area a bonus for rest days, clean and tidy and good to have a pool bar for refreshments. Pool towels are available for guests to use. We were a family of three and had a suite so separate bedroom which gave us the space we needed. Comfy beds. Having a fridge, microwave, and dinning area was a plus for dinning in. The hotel offers a few dinning options although limited but plenty of eating places, takeaways and shops nearby.

Not much hanging space for clothes. The room was cleaned but the floors were often not swept/cleaned. Expensive to park car at the hotel. Noise disturbance from other rooms and pool music, although having ear plugs helped :-). Felt that some people were using the shuttle bus that weren't staying at the hotel.

We love this hotel, it is our go to in Orlando The location is perfect, with an IDrive trolley stop for North and South, right outside the gate onto Idrive The hotel provides free bus transportation to all Universal Parks and City Walk The rooms are an excellent size, clean and have all the essential amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner The staff are one of the main reasons we keep coming back, everyone is friendly and helpful, from check in to check out, they treat you very well Don't skip the pool bar for drinks! The guys on the bar are amazing, if your drinks not on the menu, ask them!! They are wonderful bar tenders and are super friendly and welcoming In the beach cafe, a must is the pasta! It's so good! The refillable cups are excellent value for money, there are 3 Coke stations throughout the hotel and it can also be used for coffee Close by you have a Walgreens, 7/11, Wawa, Denny's, IHOP and Waffle house!! Oh, and a twistee treat and Dairy Queen Can't wait to return to this hotel next year!!

Damaris at reception was amazing! Generously upgraded our standard room to a 2 bed suite as I was travelling with my partner and my friend and was honestly just so nice to speak to. Lovely first impression. Room was lovely, Aircon was easy to use and the ability to use a fridge and microwave really helped make our experience as a group that tends to have leftovers for later. Shuttle bus was great for universal, only about 10-15mins from resort Amazing value for money if you are on a budget. Nice pool. Starbucks on site

I loved there was a gym but was super basic and lacked any real weight so if you are super into your gym I don’t think it would be majorly adequate. On site restaurant was a tad basic but pricey (not as bad as dockside)

Great value for money, free transportation to the universal parks, lovely pool great for adults and children, pool towels included, quick serve food is great quality and open early to late, Starbucks on site, friendly staff, good size rooms that are modern

Rooms need a deep clean and we’re grimy and dirty I’m some areas, attention to detail needed in the cleaning of the bedrooms and bathrooms, stained towels every day, dirty toilet on arrival that appeared uncleaned, dirty floors and dusty surfaces, long waits at check in - often only two people working for a large hotel on average wait 20 mins to speak to someone

Exceptional hotel. Very clean everywhere high standard throughout the hotel including the public toilets. Excellent extensive food court dinning in or takeaway prepared fresh.Great choice. Exceptional friendly service attention to detail from everyone. Daily Room service excellent Plenty of toiletries coffee/drinks station replenished daily in room. Pool area lovely always clean plenty of sun beds & proactive pool attendants underwent training every morning. All staff were extremely helpful. Can’t fault it at all.

I really loved how nice and clean the rooms were the shuttle transportation to the parks and the prices at the restaurant were very reasonable also the food was great

I didn't like that when I arrived to check in I was told to get them a credit card for the $50 deposit and the $26 parking fee I asked her what the total would be she told me $76 after I gave her my card I got an alert from my bank saying that the whole payment came out of the card which I paid for the night online now I have to wait 3 to 5 days to get my money back very inconvenient as that was spending money for the vacation

Had a family suite, lots of space and quiet room on the 9th floor , staff fantastic. Paid for the drinks cups for our stay which was brilliant as could top up whenever you liked. On site restaurant good quality and we had lunch and dinner there several.times. Handy onsite starbucks for that early morning coffee fix. Good pool area , little shallow but did the job. Excellent location on international drive with ihop and dennys across the road

Fantastic integration with the Universal parks including shuttle service and early entry, clean and tidy rooms, pool open late to unwind after your visit to the parks, great facilities and services available at the hotel including Starbucks, Cafe and the Universal shop. Room service was fantastic, I loved the pizza call button and the garlic bread was divine!

Not much, if anything I'd just say that there was a bit of noise from the pool at night in the pool view room so if you are a light sleeper might be better to avoid the pool view rooms.

Clean, great location, good room size, quick and efficient check in process, bus service was excellent.

In the 2 bedroom suite the closet is in the bedroom but the dresser is the living room. Was not a problem for my family but might be awkward for a larger group. Also it’s not really 2 bedrooms - it’s a room with 2 queen beds and then a separate bedroom. Again not a problem for us but somethingg to know.
