The hotel was very clean. It even smelled clean and not like they were trying to cover up a bad odor. We loved the bathroom setup, very home-like.

The temperature in the room was difficult to control. That, along with the bedding, made for a bit of a rough night’s sleep. The thermostat seemed to only allow heat or cool and a temperature setting, not fan option that I could tell. The bedding was one sheet and a huge, thick comforter. Oh, and the pillows were firm and thick making it difficult to adjust to my comfort. It flexed my head too much causing me to wake with a headache.

Room was clean. Airport shuttle is available 24/7.

Desk staff on check in was not very accommodating. Toiletries like toothbrush, toothpaste were not available inside the room and housekeeping is not available 24/7 so I had to get my request of toiletries at the front desk; only 1 toothpaste sachet and 1 shower gel tube were given to me, even if I was staying for 4 nights. Wifi is not working properly, even if I sought help from the front desk, still it did not work throughout my stay. There was little variety on breakfast menu.

This is a no-frills property, but it has everything you need in terms of amenities. Except for breakfast there is no restaurant on the premises, but restaurants are very nearby, even walking distance. It must be new. It certainly looks fresh and streamlined. Nothing tired, worn out or aging about it. Everything worked beautifully. The neighborhood is thriving and appears safe. It’s a 10 minute drive to the airport but be advised that the shuttle runs only every 30 minutes, so time your departure carefully. I could not wait so I ordered a Lyft and it was outside in two minutes flat. I really like this hotel and if I ever find myself at O’Hare again, I will certainly stay here. It’s a very good value.

I would appreciate if shuttles ran more often.

The common areas were spacious. They had games for the family to play. They let us check into my room super early after a very long travel day, but check in is at 3pm which is earlier than most hotels and check out is at 12, later than most! Also the pool, open til 11pm and they were fully stocked with pool towels! The breakfast was delicious, lost of options and they were on top of cleaning and getting fresh hot food out. They also had a bar, bartender was super friendly. We would most definitely be staying here again!

Everything was A+, no complaints

This Hampton Inn stands out as one of the cleanest I've experienced. Its proximity to O'Hare International Airport, just a quick 5-minute drive away, is incredibly convenient. The breakfast exceeded expectations. Additionally, there's a nearby 7/11 within walking distance and other amenities are conveniently close. Not to mention, it's near the beautiful Village of Rosemont landmark. For those attending events at the DES Convention Center, it's a manageable 15-minute walk or an easy 5-minute drive. Plus, Fashion Outlets of Chicago, are just a stone's throw away, taking 5 minutes or less to reach by car.

I always search for a cheaper price and saved $25.00 through booking.com they only thing is that my job does not reimburse the staying in a hotel. Maybe for 1-night it should be a little cheaper no more than $120 with taxes. Also we do not eat the breakfast because they only have pork products next to the non-pork products. The staff were very nice that night and morning. We love to stay in this location again in the future. Thank you!

The breakfast

Staff was exceptional in response to requests, from check-in to after check-out. I realized I left my coat in the closet and the same lady who checked me in was so helpful in getting it shipped to me. Every request to the front desk was efficiently handled with a smile. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast bar was great and kept stocked with healthy and tasty food and beverages. The fitness center was clean and well-stocked. For me this was an ideal location between downtown Chicago and Elgin where I was visiting family, and so very close to the expressway and airport.

I would have appreciated cranberry juice.

Breakfast was typical for a Hampton Inn - substantial, a range of options including eggs and either pancakes or waffles. Dining area was comfortable, spacious, and pretty clean. Room was comfortable, HVAC worked and was easily controlled. Location was very easy for airport access (a few minutes drive/shuttle), and pretty straightforward for getting into downtown Chicago on the commuter rail. I wasn't able to get a late checkout time, but the public areas of the hotel have lots of seating and some places to work/plug in, so I was relatively comfortable for the time I was there before taking the free airport shuttle (which was quick and on time.) There are a couple restaurants and a 7-11 convenience store within a very short walk of the hotel. More shopping, restaurants, and a movie theater about 15 minutes walk away, surrounding the train station that runs straight into downtown Chicago.

AC was noisy -- like the sound of a big box fan running on high in the wall. I ended up turning the A/C off at night just to not be awakened by it turning on and off. Location is convenient, but a bit industrial -- wide road difficult to cross, and not much in terms of trees or green areas or pedestrian-friendly zones. It's really designed for people with cars.

It is a clean, nicely appointed, well tended Hampton Inn close to the airport. There is a shuttle to the airport and for a fee, you can leave your car. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful, the best part of this location. Just lovely people, from the desk clerks, to the breakfast help, to the cleaning staff, to the man who tried to help me jump start my car when it died after 10 days in the garage. My wife is planning on staying here when she returns to Rosemont for a concert next month.

Everything is consistently good, easy & realiable. I forgot a Iphone charger and the frint desk was able to help me and had one for $20-. The room was comfortable as I was sick on my trip and I was able to get all the rest I needed. Breakfast was good and everytghing else just made the work trip easy for me.

That I had to go down to the front desk to see what food options were in the area, I would have liked to have this in the room so I could have just ordered.
