Excellent Stay – Outstanding Hospitality! I stayed at this property from July 1st to 6th and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The level of service and dedication from the team truly stood out. A special mention to Mr. Ravi, the owner, a passionate and hardworking entrepreneur who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. His 24/7 commitment to resolving issues is truly commendable. Additionally, Ms. Kiuri at the front desk was exceptional, professional, courteous, and highly efficient. The entire staff was attentive and proactive; any request was addressed almost instantly. A huge shoutout to the housekeeping team as well! Their attention to detail and impeccable cleanliness made my stay even more comfortable, they truly deserve recognition for their hard work. This hotel sets a high standard for hospitality, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Schaumburg. Keep up the great work!

I liked the room itself the best in this hotel. It was very comfortable and pretty new. Great location for my needs.

The public areas smelled funky. But not the room itself... I was given the key to a room that was still being made up - no big deal I just waited a few minutes. Outdoor pool wasn't open. Can't really swim here most of the time. No indoor pool. Watch the entry/exit on Algonquin. It is sometimes hard and dangerous when there is a lot of traffic. Use the access road. I think all of these are pretty minor considering the room itself was very good.

Naif was a nice staff and tried to make the stay easier and upgraded the room as I requested to a upper floor and in a quiet corner with not surrounded

The noises from the above floor as I was indicated from repairs and maintenance especially at night and early morning and the noises from the parking since my room was right by it besides the traffic from the main road

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, quiet room.

The smell of the room (143) could've been better. It smelled of dirty socks and during my stay, occasionally, I can smell cigarette smoke coming from outside or another room. The location of the hotel is car dependent- you can walk to the Renaissance Hotel and get the Schaumburg free shuttle or use Uber/Lyft to get to shopping or restaurants.

First and foremost, the new owners. Very kind and welcoming to each and every guest that comes to the property.

But I had to check out so soon I was so comfortable in that king size bed.

The room had mini fridge and a microwave, so that was very convenient since the restaurant was closed

The personnel never told us that we had to ask for the cleaning of the room everyday, so our room was never cleaned

You could walk to Moretti’s for dinner. Strip mall with liquor store convenience store taco shop.

The pool and restaurant were closed due to construction and property rehab

Ok beds, great rooms with mini balcony. TV are antenna based so reception somestimes fuzzy. Good wifi

Very comfy bed, a large room, and a very nice view of the pond.

Housekeeping could be better -- I found dirty socks in the coat closet and I had to make a request to receive a bar of soap and an unopened bottle of shampoo. The hotel is quite far from the center of Chicago. It takes almost two hours by public transportation, but if you have your car, it's only 30 minutes or so.

It was convenient for a wedding I was attending nearby and great value for money. Staff were helpful and efficient.

It’s a fairly basic hotel, but clean. You would need to hire a car to get anywhere, but that’s not specific to this hotel!
