I went last month for my birthday, and it was amazing. The hotel was clean,rooms was great we had a nice view, beds were comfortable. Very friendly staff especially "Marvin" the afternoon manager he was awesome with a lovely personality ,and extremely professional. Their food is good, my kids had a blast. I will highly recommend.

The only bad thing for me, it's the fact they didn't have free parking, and if you have to use their parking the cost for the night is a little too high. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Paper plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast (although common in some hotels in USA)

Loved the suite, great kitchen area, huge bed, fantastic views, comfortable temperature. Exceptionally clean. Lots of choice at breakfast, it could be a bit manic if you didn’t get there early enough but we were there over Christmas/New Year so to be expected. We didn’t use the valet service, but when we hired a car for a couple of days we used a self party garage a few minutes walk away which was really easy to get to and was well priced. Close to the airport and easy to use the Silver Line to get around if you don’t fancy the walk (we walked into downtown most days though and it’s very pleasant throughout the Seaport area).

I didn’t like having to use disposable plastic etc at breakfast (for environmental reasons).

- Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable, big double bed. - Clean and practical little kitchen available in our studio. - Nice, complete breakfast (although it's really a pity that they only provide disposable dinnerware) - Free coffee/tea available all time. Also practical to have some snacks and drinks available to buy on site.

- We didn't feel comfortable with all the waste generated during breakfast given the use of disposable dinnerware (it is also less pleasant to use this instead of proper dinnerware). - The location was good but it's not amazing. Long (though feasible) walk from the city center; otherwise bus or car services. There are a few bars at a short walking distance but it's not a lively area.

New, nice room thoughtfully planned space. Not large but very functional

Difficult to get to by public transportation without many transfers.

I liked the view and the lobby was really large. They had a lot of amenities like pre made food and alcohol if needed

Cleanliness. My son's socks were black from walking around with no shoes. There was no sponge to clean up the dishes. All the silverware or lack of was rusted. All the pans weren't cleaned properly and there were clean but wet dishes in the dishwasher so I dried them off and put them away. The rugs really need to be washed often. Also I didn't like that breakfast ended at 9 am and the lowest the thermostat would go was 65°

Nice modern hotel. Very busy for marathon weekend. Good size suite for family of 5. (Seperate living area / kitchenette with sofa bed). Location was good once we figured out the different bus routes that connect with the T.

Breakfast was very busy. Need to get down early as some items ran out. All disposable plates and cutlery:-( . Staff were maybe not as friendly as you might expect. Got charged for valley which I did not use but this was rectified straight away.

The suite was absolutely brilliant, I did not realise it would be so spacious from the photographs, I really appreciate all the space and the layout of the furniture is clever. A comfortable bed, a decently sized bathroom with separate shower room and the kitchen area is functional. Staff were super lovely and happy to chat with me, breakfast was good and varied. The location seems a bit unusual as it is very close to the port facilities, but actually it is very easy to get to city centre, eithr on foot or by bus, so not a problem for me.

Great clean place can’t complain about the Hilton property or staff

On the other hand they could find a better way to accommodate people who drive there. 60 a night for a valet service when my stay was $3300 is insane but they know you have no choice not to mention the company LAZ that controls it sucks. First 3 days I didn’t tip and I felt like they purposefully didn’t want to help until last. Hilton great valet horrible. They even said the would deduct one day off but never did

Layout of the suite was nice, plenty of space. Whilst the hotel location is out of the main downtown area, it's about a 20 min walk to the Seaport area or Chinatown. Ubers are also available and reasonable. We opted to use the nearby carpark over valet service which works out $20 per day (till 5am) and left the car for the duration of our stay. The gym and pool were nicely equipped and mostly empty whenever we visited. Great views of the river from our room - beautiful at sunrise and sunset too. Breakfast was decent, not many options for cooked food but there were plenty of other items and well stocked. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly!

On-site valet parking is around $60/day, but that's to be expected in the area. Not much else to say!
