The room was very nice, exactly as the one in the picture looks like. We really like it. Very spacious, comfortable bed, very clean. Shampoo, conditioner, body lotion and make up removing pads were provided. It was also quiet, so we could sleep well. We also liked a lot that the parking was included in the price.

The room wasn't cleaned the first day, and we realized until we came back late in the night from NYC, so we didn't have enough shampoo/conditioner to shower in the night. The pool is ok, but definitely could be cleaner. The location is not the best. It's far from any metro or train stations. However there are shuttles from the hotel ($10), from the super 8 motel next to ($4), or you can wait for the bus close at the Aldi stop.

Staff were friendly and helpful with directions on getting to places. I appreciate the free parking. Parking was secure in a parking garage (there was a gate and you needed a room key to scan to enter the garage). The room was in great condition and looked nice. The air conditioning worked great (didn't take long at all to cool the room up). The bed was very comfortable. The nearby shuttle bus only cost $3.50 each way to and from New York City.

Although I can't fault the hotel for the shuttle bus issues, nevertheless it is worth mentioning something to make people aware of. You had to walk up a steep hill to get to the shuttle bus in the morning. In the evening when the shuttle bus would return, it wouldn't drop off near the hotel. I had to walk at night next to a very busy highway to get back. The walk was a bit far (I believe a bit under a mile -but still a long walk at night).

I loved swimming pool, but because I was all tima away - did not had a chance to use it. But that was my main reasin I booked hotel. I liked parking - since I put my Porsche inside so no stranger can walk around. But the area was still quiet. I still loved my car to behind the gate. Liked coffee in the lobby and a possibility to have as much as I want - thanks a lot. Also it was quiet all time.

1. The WiFi did not work properly on my laptop. Wad connecting and disconnecting constantly. Came home - checked - everything works OK. Also tried hot spot from IPhone to notebook in the hotel - worked OK, even that I was on roaming. I called staff to check what's wrong with WiFi - guy came, could not speak a word in English, did nothing. 2. Toilet valve leaked on the tile. 3. I came to NY for the Hospitality Convention 10-11 Nov 2024. So in my room #623, I think that countertops under TV are a bit too big (deep) . But the working desk can have a better location or no stone countertop above. This is my personal opinion as interior desiner for hotel rooms. I think #1, #2 and #3 for the hotel management only. I wish they can improve rooms.

The hotel is in a close proximity with NYC, you can take any bus that goes towards Port Authority Bus Station (near Times Square) (depends on bus but will be no more than 4 USD per person). Hotel is quite clean, our suite had microwave, Coffee machine. Bed is high & comfortable. A plus that bathroom has additional mirror. Laundry amenities are in separe floor (1 washing machine & 1 dryer). It costs 2 USD (in quarters) for 1 wash/dry. You need you own laundry detergents (can be purchased in lobby - we paid for 2 detergents & 1 pack of softener sheets around 10 USD). They offer service to store your bags - 5 USD per bag (gives you an identification sticker, location is locked). They have safe in the room, very nice.

There are no robes, slippers in the room. Basic cutlery would be nice to have in the room. With the price for one night breakfast should be complimentary. Bathroom (shower to be exact) not properly cleaned.

The room was very sizable and I love the bathroom! When I checked in, I was advised by the front desk lady that my room was upgraded with no charge in which made it better. Only wish I could've stayed longer. The wall lights that had extended light piqued my husband and myself interest. We took a photo of it to plan on getting something like that for our room.

There wasn't one thing I didn't like.

The room was very good and so were the facilities. Swimming pool was clean and good. Honestly we by accident left the safe unlocked which had a lot of our valuable worth a significant amount and requested a room clean. Came back the room was clean and everything was in order in the safe. When we left we forgot a portrait I bought. The hotel staff kept it very safe until I returned to collect it.

The floor we were on did not have a good view and we could not access the balcony. Again just a preference but would be good to access the balcony

The room was clean and the most satisfying thing was the FREE Parking. around three levels of secure garage which you can't enter without a valid room key.

If you have elders who can't walk, the shuttle won't be the best idea cause on the way back, they stop around 10-15 minutes walking back to the hotel. You can take an Uber or Taxi but it'll cost you around (40-50$).

Bedroom perfect with convenient access to pool and gym, ice and laundry. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was fine and the coffee station great! A really lovely hotel just a pity we had to use a shuttle service to and from Manhattan but at least we could get there. Breakfast was previously included so it was a surprise that now it’s a la Carte !

A frequent shuttle service to Times Square free for all guests would make up for the poor location. Paying for breakfast was a surprise we were not expecting. Wish this could be included.

It was spacious, the free parking was extremely convenient, and the pool was great for my kids.

The location was ok, but it is a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop to NYC, which was ok and easy to figure out by downloading th NJ Transit app. But the way back was difficult to find because Google Maps gave the 5 different bus lines to return to the hotel, and all were wrong. It was a slight inconvenience.
