I love this place! The staff is absolutely wonderful, especially Rajah. They have a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker in every room, so you don't have to pay extra like some places.They do provide breakfast which is from 6-9am. It consists of : DIY Waffles, cereal is frosted flakes and Raisin Bran not the greatest selection but good. Oatmeal, yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, sometimes there are bagels available, but they do have white and wheat sliced bread. The juice selection is: cranberry, orange, and apple juice. They do give you a late checkout,(30 mins) but it does depend on room service staffing. The pool and slide are so much fun! The Jacuzzi is big enough to fit 8 adults comfortably. And it's open late enough (10 pm) to enjoy. All in all one of the best places to stay and their rates are very reasonable for all that they provide. My family loves staying here.

Elevators are slow but what can you do.

The price was great. I was not expecting a security deposit but that does happen sometimes since I was using a Visa debit card. The room had plenty of space for the night we were there, the king size bed was worth the upgrade and the AC in the room was sweet. The biggest surprise was the WATER SLIDE at the indoor pool. My son was shocked when he saw it. The lifeguard was super friendly and very attentive. The counter staff were great. The lady running the free breakfast even made my son a waffle in the back since so many people were already waiting when we got there. This place was awesome for price. Thank you, Super 8. You all crushed it.

Excellent service from the front desk. Our first room had a displeasing odor and when we mentioned it to the nice guy at the desk, he wasted no time in finding us a different room. The breakfast was really good, fresh waffles and biscuits and gravy and the normal complement of cereal and fruit. Didn't get a chance to use the pool or hot tub but it was nice and being enjoyed by several families while we were there. Ample parking was available all around the property. We will definitely stay here again.

Can't think of anything we didn't like.

I especially want to give a shout out to Rosa and Amanda. They were both so very friendly, always smiling and very very helpful with all our requests. They greeted us with a smile, always acknowledged us as we walked in and out of the hotel and were more than willing to listen to how our day had been. They are a great asset to this hotel and awesome ladies.

Swimming pool and water slide ( only open evenings about 5pm until close, only when lifeguard is on duty) were the reason for my stay. The hotel was my destination while I had my grandkids with me. The staff was exceptionally nice, especially since I kept deactivating my room key somehow. Breakfast first day was unimpressive however the made up for it the following day and each after that. We stayed 4 nights here. Most enjoyable!!!

Carts for luggage not available when I needed to load up. Finally got one after 3 loads.

• Super clean despite construction (remodelling) • Replacement towels were always readily available • Complimentary breakfast • AMAZINGLY grounded and patient, kind staff, very personable. • Large grassy area gives the sense of having a safe, leisurely open area, but I wouldn't suggest trampling it. It also means there's lots of room to look up at the sky at night. •Love the view from the top guest floor!!

I would have to try very hard to think of any incident or issue we had, honestly. Even less social staff were extremely respectful and nobody gave me the strange, masked feel I'm used to experiencing with staff.

It was very clean and well-kept. The town itself is a little iffy. We went to another motel first, but immediately left because it was very sketchy. We came here and paid an extra $60, but it was worth it because it felt very safe. And the water slide was awesome. Good breakfast

They ease of the airport shuttle was why I picked the hotel. Very quick and friendly drivers. Front desk people were nice also.

I have gray hair so the long dark hairs when I first went.in the bathroom on the floor we're not good. Forgot to mention it the next morning to management

It was clean and comfortable. Nice waterslide.

Maid came into our room on second day. Straightened the bed, took all our towels even the clean extra ones we had asked for, but did not empty garbage or take away food containers or really clean up room

The room was clean and we had everything we needed. Everything inside the room worked, TV's, hair dryer, ac, fridge, etc. ... They had a lifeguard on duty in the pool area, which was an unexpected bonus.

The people next door to us had 2 large dogs that barked everytime we opened our door. It didn't help that the door handle was tricky so half the time we ended up just knocking to get let back in. The pool water looked slightly.... off color. Like it's probably the same water that's been in it for quite some time.
