The valet service is a top notch A-1 service!!!! They were awesome from the first time we pulled in until the day we left. Our car ended up having a flat tire and all of the valets were trying to help us put the spare on as well as suggesting a tire service store for us to go to so we could get the tire fixed. They went above and beyond to ease our minds(especially my husband) so we wouldn't worry about the tire. EXCELLENT JOB TO THOSE YOUNG MEN!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When we first got there, the check-in staff were not very welcoming or helpful. They almost seemed annoyed at our presence there. But as the days went by the service got better.

THIS PLACE IS UNBELIEVABLE !!! I KNOW I AM NOT SUPPOSED TO USE CAPS . . . BUT THERE IS NO OTHER WAY EXPRESS THE CONCEPT AND ITS PERFORMANCE. THE CLEAN IS PALPABLE, THE REDUCTION OF THE USE OF PLASTIC IS HEROIC TO SAY THE LEAST . . . ONLY GLASS, METAL, STONE, NATURAL FABRICS. THE ENTIRE HOTEL IS FILTERED WATER, THERE ARE NO BOTTLES OF WATER IN YOUR ROOM . . . THE ATTITUDE OF THE EMPLOYEES IS REFRESHING AND PLEASANT, GO TO THEIR WEBPAGE AND SEE THE 10-4 RULE . . A LITTLE MORE LIGHT IN THE ELEVATOR AND THE 1ST FLORR LOBBY . . . A LITTLE TOO DARK FOR PEOPLE JUST GETTING THEIR BEARINGS COMING OFF A ROAD TRIP OR FLIGHT.

Great location. The atmosphere is amazing and relaxing. Feels like youre on a resort in parts of it. The rooftop is nice to kick back after going out at night and walking distance from a lot of the main things youd want to do. All the food was great and well thought out. Also a lot of local farm to table items. Portion sizes were appropriate not super heavy. A little expensive on drinks and food side but you give and take in that department.

Excellent location: very close to Downtown music attractions (very short walk), but far enough to ensure good rest. Very close the the Country Music Hall of Fame and various other attractions. Beautiful decor and feel to the hotel. Everything we needed in the rooms - very clean and fresh. Daily fresh fruit provided to all guests. Very nice rooftop bar with great views of the city.

Nothing negative of substance. Would've been nice if the hotel had a pool, but this didn't impact on our stay at all. We had an issue one day when our room wasn't serviced properly - this was rectified when I spoke to reception.

Aesthetically very pleasing ! Such a great environment lovely rooms. Neat, clean quiet and luxurious!

Strangely there was no door separating bathroom from bedroom also no wall separating Area from bedroom. This was a 2 queen room. Made it very uncomfortable with teen daughter. Tried to get another room. Offer was single with roll away bed plus $175 more a night. Too much to expect wall and door separating sleeping space from bath area. We adjusted….but strange set up!

It was a dream stay. Amazing location, staff was incredibly friendly and chill. The room - that bed! If I could have folded up the bed, pillows and sheets and put in my suitcase - I totally would have. Ran into two women in the elevator who were gushing on how good the sleep was and I joined in. Thank you for the Nespresso virtuo coffee in the room (just like at home), the lighted makeup table (love it not being over the sink) and the whole plant vibe. I could go on. (Extra snaps for the yoga mat and yummy robe!)

The location was within walking distance to Broadway street and across from the convention center. Staff was very attentive. Balcony room was a nice touch but located on lower floors close to traffic noise including party busses.

The closet door to the right of the bathroom has limited opening beyond 45 degrees. The handle always bangs against the wall and would certainly disturb the guest next door. I suggested a remedy to the check out staff. Just place a piece of cork to dampen the sound. The wine pour was probably 5 oz. and did not justify the hefty price especially at the rooftop bar.

I didn’t like my room location on the street side. I was near the elevator. I requested not to be by the elevator, but they were trying to accommodate me with the early check-in. That was the room that they had. I was too tired to go through getting another room and they did not offer or ask if I was comfortable with what I had after the reservation. also on the rooftop, there are a lot of floor, bricks or towels that are lifting up, which is a great hazard.

The decor was lovely. Lighting (and the control of it) was really nice.

The bathroom has a very slow draining sink and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. I did get the sink fixed, but would be nice if that sort of thing was QA’d before customers have to deal with it. Also, $62 per day for parking is hands-down the most expensive parking I have ever paid. That includes in places like New York and SF. I felt taken advantage of and it definitely diminished my overall stay. Because of that, I might not stay there again.

My birthday stay at the one hotel was amazing. The rooftop had great Japanese food and a great vibe every night. The restaurant on the main floor was great and I would highly recommend the Nashville chicken sandwich. Also the front desk staff was great specially Rebecca. She sent me a nice little birthday gift to my room that made our first night even more special. I would like to thank everybody at the property for making me feel welcome and at home.

What I didn’t like is that the bed was way too comfortable and it didn’t make me wanna leave.
