Clean, comfortable and amazing staff! I stayed with my best friend and we loved have the 2 sinks in the bathroom! We had everything we needed and we also enjoyed the well equipped gym. We enjoyed both bars in the hotel and all the drinks and food we had were great (both rooftop and on the ground floor). The hotel was far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Broadway to be relaxing, but close enough to be easily accessible. A special shout out to the gorgeous Kevin, who always greeted us with the biggest smile and who we looked forward to always seeing!

Nothing. We had a couple of initial things with the room that weren’t quite right, but Joshua on front desk dealt with them quickly and efficiently which is what you want, and we were happy with how it was handled.

Great corner room with balcony, comfortable beds, and nice bathroom. Hotel lobby and restaurant/ bar also wonderful. Lobster risotto and appetizers at bar were amazing.

Would be nice to have a proper vanity for ladies getting ready and better placement for full length mirror. Would have been nice to have cleaner windows on balcony. Non-alcoholic beverages at lobby bar were half pours?

The breakfast was great. A little pricey for small portions.

A glass we used on a Thursday morning was left in our room until cleaning Saturday afternoon. We know it was the same glass because I had used it and it had a lipstick mark on it. The same glass was just covered with the paper top for 2 days. Our comforter had a skeetchy stain on it. Requested on Thursday for it to be changed. Was not changed until Saturday cleaning. The request was made at the front desk.

From the moment I arrived to the moment I left everything about the Conrad was a lovely experience. The staff was very helpful and informative about the area. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel is walking distance from broadway and other tourist attractions. Overall a great experience and would stay at a Conrad hotel again

Room quality was to a high standard and the suite was very spacious. Staff were super friendly and helpful throughout

Had some minor issues with housekeeping, forgot robes initially, cups and glasses not always washed when we had it. Lack of fridge lets the room quality down a little, I get it’s to encourage usage of the mini bar but I think they should seriously consider it.

Excellent hotel with excellent amenities. Would stay here again if was in Nashville. Only a medium walk of lyft ride from the Bars and town centre.

The minibar snacks were priced as if they'd been hand crafted by artisans of their country of origin. Just avoid the minibar I guess.

I did not like that 2 drinks cost $75 that’s ridiculous. The same 2 drinks here in Texas are $20 bucks. Some didn’t not drink at the hotel but for one drink and we were done.

Front desk did not call when room was ready;waited an hour for no reason. Front desk did not provide copy of bill. I wrongfully assumed they would email and did not get one. My issue for not confirming. Front desk staff need follow through. It was not busy when we were checking out or in

My daughter and husband stayed on floor below us so it was difficult to go back and forth between floors… we would have to meet in lobby for her to come up to our room

extremely comfortable stay with our 2.5 year old. the staff was very accomodating bringing us a crib, mini fridge and even giving him a stuffed bear. the facilities are beautiful the gym, rooftop bar all great
