Y’all! This place was so much better than we were expecting! The room was really nice and clean, beds were very comfortable, ac did not smell musty, large bathtub if you’ve got kiddos and totally love that it had a door to close to the bedroom- it did not latch shut but that was fine for us. The breakfast was so nice, so much better than expected and the breakfast attended was soooo sweet!! Big bonus- they have coffee 24 hrs!

The night shift clerk (we checked in at about 7:45p)was not very friendly, we walked up and no hello good evening welcome to the hotel- we walked up and she immediately went in to the “room charge is this, breakfast is this blah blah stuff but honestly customer service is so terrible anywhere I really expected her to act this way and she exceeded expectations lol. Nothing like the breakfast attendant(who was amazing) and the morning staff who were also very very nice!

We had a room with a king bed and I loved the separation between it and the living room with the couch that made into a bed. Even though we didn't use the couch for a bed, it was nice to have it separate in case we did use it. The bathroom was very clean. The coffee area in the lobby was great. I loved getting to choose from all the flavors of tea bags. The breakfast was very good, too. There was a big variety of breakfast foods that was sure to please even the pickiest eater. The staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. The staff in the breakfast area were friendly and helpful as well.

I didn't like the temperature outside, but that wasn't your fault. The temps inside were warm and cozy.

Comfortable and clean with modern decor. Super fast check in and for the most part the staff I encountered were very nice. Solid free breakfast and a little area to purchase snacks/drinks/toiletries. There was complementary lemon ice water, lemonade, and coffee out in the lobby. I felt totally safe and comfy here.. for a budget hotel, this is one the nicest place I have stayed!

I requested late check out due to waking up due to a severe migraine and was told it could be extended by an hour from 11 AM to 12 PM when my info already showed standard check out at 12 PM. I admittedly was 10 mins late leaving due to feeling bad and moving slow, but housekeeping twice and called once within those 10 mins after me initially opening the door at 12 PM apologizing and letting them know I’d be out asap. I get it given I was late but that repetitiveness was not great when already feeling poorly.

The room was clean and cozy. The staff were very nice. The breakfast was good, but not as good as our last stay years ago, but still good. Very convenient location. This was my husband and I third time staying at this Country Inn & Suites. Great for the Money.

The Cable TV did not have Free Music Channels, and Not much of anything.

Staff member hosting breakfast . She caused an unpleasant altercation between her and a guest . Had front desk question him if he was a guest long after he mistakenly washed his hands in side kitchen. (For which he apologized ) He was triggered by being questioned and definitely acted inappropriately afterwards. Unfortunately all could have been avoided had the breakfast attendant showed some grace . She also tossed my muffin out fussing as I was not standing by slow toaster waiting for it .

Front Desk customer service. The housekeeping staff cleaned my bathroom everyday. Beverages ( water juice, coffee tea) was provided in the lobby free of charge. Breakfast.

Outdoor pool, no jacuzzi ( used for medical purposes). Business center. Making these an indoor facility in this area would be helpful- especially since there were no hotels in the area that had indoor facilities.

I wanted to share a follow up on my previous posted review. I was thankful to have received an email from Country Inn and Suites sharing their apologies to me and my family regarding our unfortunate vehicle break in losses. We just received our refund taking off one day of our 3 day stay. Our family thanks you for your generosity . We appreciate to see you kept your word in refunding a day off our stay. Thank you!

The beds are SO comfortable & the temperature of the room was nice and cold as soon as we walked in, the staff is exceptionally friendly, & the hotel overall is decorated very nicely. The free parking, wifi, and breakfast included with the room are always an appreciated touch. Will definitely be back again!

Quite honestly I have nothing to comment on negatively!!! 24/7 check-in front desk & express check-out made the process extremely smooth, the room exceeded our expectations, & staff were amazing!

Good location near some restaurants and right off I-40 E. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom were good size. Microwave and mini fridge in room with small coffee bar. Wall plugs with USB outlets near bed and on desk. Tall mirror on wall outside bathroom, with good lighting, for me to get ready in the mornings.

Room was a little humid due to summer heat - not the facilities fault! They did have dehumidifiers in hallways to help with the issue. The trim on my bathroom door was loose/detached towards the bottom. Bathtub faucet dripped. My front door was damaged with a gap towards the bottom that let hallway light in.

It wasn't too far from downtown... rooms were clean, staff was nice and definitely accommodating

My only issue was that there were a few ants in our room in the ac but I called the front desk and they immediately came and took care of the issue. We didn't have to leave our room but they definitely offered.
