A very nice hotel, very clean with great staff. First, parking is right next door. For the first time I used the valet which made everything easier. It cost around $41 a day and you can use your car as often as you need. If you don't use valet it saves about $4 per day. The room was very clean and comfortable. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The area for breakfast and evening reception is large and very accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, scrambled eggs, sausage like in a diner, bacon, potatoes, toast and a lot more. You can also order chef made omelettes or fried eggs. The location is about a mile from the heart of Broadway but the hotel has an excellent shuttle service to the Broadway restaurants and honky tonks. Try the Midtown Cafe which is a short walk from the hotel just passed Hattie B's, excellent southern cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

everything- the omeletts , the coffee, fruit, and bacon. our room was a suite and so spacious for me and my sister. The valet service for our easy access to our car was beyond convenient and although we paid extra for that it was so worth it, The staff were very friendly and oh yeah the happy hour was the best we've ever experienced and for like $4.00 you could upgrade your wine or spirits. - what a deal. That we had to leave

We loved our room! The size was more than ample, and the two room suite gave us a chance for one spouse to be up and doing things while the other slept.! Breakfast every day was also great, and kudos to the attending staff who were there to clear dishes. The omelet station was a real bonus.

It's not that I didn't like it, but the construction of the drain pipe at the 'kitchen' sink is too high and does not allow the water to fully drain out of the sink, leaving the impression that the sink is clogged, when it isn't. The sink drains just fine but the pipe needs to be lowered about three inches.

Room was clean and comfortable. Most staff was friendly.

The omelet station needs more than one person working there . I felt bad for the lady who was working alone and the line was so long.... Also tried to order room service at 9:35 p.m. and no one answered the phone. Ran down to the bar and they were closing. Was told to go to front desk to alert them of problem with the room service phone and that bar was closing early. I didn't feel that it was my job. Just showed the lack of customer friendly service to me.

Since we had driven we did pay for daily parking, which was reasonable and easy in and out. We used the shuttle service one evening to get downtown. It was 4th of July and we felt the shuttle was the way to go and we heard it would be very crowded. The drop off at B"way and 7th was fine. We did have a long wait for the ride back as they had many roads blocked off. The shuttle driver found an alternate pick up spot and we made it back around midnight. We met Jay our first day there and he was very helpful. Helped us with directions when we were driving ourselves and said to make sure to stop by and see him when we got back as he was interested in the winery we went to. Breakfast was wonderful. The omelet bar was a nice surprise and the staff friendly.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

Both TVs in our room kept freezing and didn't work properly. There was a fellow with the glasses at the front desk who was not friendly when I went up to the desk to ask a question. I felt I was bothering him. On the other hand, there was a black woman who was very friendly and helpful. Also, we bought a bottle of wine from the bar, a sauvignon blanc, to take up to our room. I was charged $60 for the bottle. I thought that was an excessive amount. I did pay cash for it, but I thought for a wine that was unknown, it was overly priced. It would be nice if the shuttle made trips to the airport.

I liked the two separate rooms, my husband likes to get up early so he could get some breakfast and coffee and watch tv and I could sleep in (door closed!) and it worked out really really well! Also the little table and mirror worked for doing my hair and makeup while hubby showered, nice set up!

The decor was outdated. It felt like traveling back in time. It was well maintained so it wasn’t trashy, it just wasn’t what we were used to.

Rooms are clean and hotel provides easy transportation to Broadway. We love Midtown to get away from the crowds and still enjoy great food and music.

The bedroom in the one room suite has very stagnant air. The window doesn't open and ventilation doesn't move air enough. I asked the staff for a fan, which they happily provided, and things were great! Ceiling fans in the room should be installed or portable fans provided in all rooms. Just my opinion, but issue was immediately resolved by staff.

The staff was amazing at both check in and check out (jan 14 and 15). It snowed while we were there in TN. It is quite apparent that the city of Nashville is not very well equipped to handle it such weather conditions. Be that as it may, the staff was awesome! I appreciate everyone for showing up that day. The omlette station was closed, but breakfast continued on. WHAT A WAY TO SHOW UP!!! If I may suggest, additional heat sources at the front desk and the valet station would help the employees immensely. Even though temperatures were frigid, they still provided stellar service. The waiter at the restaurant was excellent. Friendly and met all our needs before we even had to ask. The gentleman making omelets in the morning was so friendly and joked around with us while he was making our food. The front checkin and check out service was fast and efficient. Met Donna and Richard checking in and Donna when we checked out. Both funny and very helpful. Wonderful staff here. The shuttle service and Tony were great. Great perk having that to take us down to the Bar area of town.

We got to breakfast at 9 and had to wait a bit for our omelet because there was a long line and by the time we got it they were already picking up the silverware and rest of the food sitting out. We had to ask for silverware. They were very accomodating but they should wait at least until the people in the made to order area are already seated.
